Worst service!

When dropping off, you are asked to call 30 minutes out. When I did so, the man on the line asked if was 30 minutes away and when I said yes, he hung up. I think that was rude. He didn’t tell me how to find the driver upon arrival. They don’t have a desk or uniforms so it was uncomfortable to hand my keys to someone who came up the stairs a few minutes later and had no customer service. When I returned to get my car, I was told that it would be 45 minutes due to the terminal not being plowed even though there was no snow. When I called 50 minutes later for an update, the man on the phone was impatient and said the driver was already on the way and that there is too much snow and it’s taking a long time. The driver called me 14 minutes later to ask what terminal I was in and tell me he is on his way now. I got in touch with Parkos at the 90 minute mark and Rose Parking told them it was due to a road being closed by police. Mind you, I was asking everyone that was arriving how traffic and road conditions were and everyone said they were great. I called the company again because I was assured my car would arrive within 10 minutes and it did not. The man on the phone was raising his voice and very frustrated. I told him there was no snow and his driver called me after he said he was on his way and the man speaking got very offended and said his 7 drivers were all busy. I said thanks for the update and hung up. 1 hour and 50 minutes after the first call, a man I saw drop off multiple other cars arrived. He dropped a car off after I was told he was on his way with my car. I waited nearly 2 hours, was told multiple lies, and was treated very poorly. Rose parking is NOT reliable and should not be used.

Worst company every

Worst company every, go with anyone else but these guys, charged me £70 extra for taking my car out for 3 days and bring it back. I would never recommend these people. Rude and very mean people!

Experience to be renewed

Great efficient service with professional and helpful people. On time, very polite and courteous. My suitcase was taken cared of straight away. My windscreen was defrosted before I took the road after midnight. I am very pleased!

Bad experience

Bad experience. They share the service with the company called Surprice. Which the pick up driver is very rude and not on time. Waited for 50 minutes and he didn't bing baby car seat. He argued and lied, in the end, we took the Uber the parking lot.

Below average service on arrival but better on collection .

When we arrived , the parking was over booked and very un organised ! It was chaotic and we had lots of messing around as there was no where to
Park the car ! We also then arrived late due to traffic and was charged £20 and it wasn’t made clear when booking we had to pay a further £5 each person for entry and exit to airport drop off ! I think both of these things could have been highlighted slot clearer when booking , once adding on to the parking fee , I could have parked elsewhere where for the same money ! However on the return we were met promptly by the mini bus and driver . The driver was very polite and got us bk to our car .

We travelled a lot and to find a…

We travelled a lot and to find a parking that is within our budget is very helpful! Parkos made that possible for us. They are a team of people that made things very easy for us. The parking space is just a few minutes away from the airport. They even have a shuttle that will take and collect you to the airport and back to your car. They are very professional and took care of my car with honesty while we are away. Thank you

Outstanding service

We recently used Parkos for our trip flying out of Stansted, and we couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled impeccably. Despite being slightly delayed, the team waited for us patiently, making what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free.

Upon our return, our car was parked conveniently right at the entrance, allowing us to leave quickly and smoothly. The professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of the staff were truly top-notch.

We highly recommend Parkos for anyone looking for reliable, stress-free parking at Stansted. We'll definitely be using them again.

Not happy

Not quite happy , when i left the UK the person who picked up my vehicle told me that he will need 5 pounds for parking and another 10 pounds because i was running late . I gave him with no questions asked as i was rushing for my flight .
Coming back was not much of an issue collected our vehicle from the driver on time , ddnt wait much , and considering we had landed earlier, and no money was collected.
My biggest problem came when i saw a parking fine , from the airport which refered to the day we left . I thought the driver paid for the parking as he said . But he had not bothered to do so.
