Positive experience with Rose parking

I took meet and greet for Rose parking. It was great experience. Timely taking my car in the day of my departure. Though car delivery in the day of arrival was a bit late (about 45 mins waiting), but I think that’s acceptable.

The worse provider for parking space

The worse provider for parking space. This PARKOS works whit another parking company that is on the aeroport premises and they are the worse people that I left my car whit them. When I left my car they have been late to collect the car and when I returned my car was very quickly handed over to me and the driver left. He didn't bring the paperwork that I signed before leaving the car whit them and to check the car for damage. After I put my family in the car after waiting for them in the cold to bring the car, I checked the car and on the passenger side I found damaged from back to front . This is from October and still in December I don't get no communication from them that they need to pay for the damage. Nobody wants to pay for my damage. Very poor parking company. Please don't make the same mistakes. And is not an isolated issue because my friend car that I was travelling happen to been damage on the bumper.

Parkos was fine, avoid kangaroo parking

Booking through Parkos was fine.
Kangaroo parking was awful. Opted for meet and greet. Called the parking 30 mins before arrival at the airport as advised - they still hadn't sent someone to pick up our car by the time we arrived. Then waited a further 40 mins for someone to arrive! We are lucky we left early or we could have been late for our flight.
On the way back called when we picked up our bags - the gentleman on the phone was a little rude and still was a delay in getting our car back.

Disaster!

Company changed the postcode on arrival, l got lost, l'm an OAP, was treated very badly! Did not use service & was blaimed for last minuet alterations. No refund to date! Dont use this company! Very distressnig experence!!

Strange location but very good

Strange location between some farm industrials. I give 5 star, as apart from the location everything is perfect. Good price. Close to the airport. Good communication. No delays. Used them twice and will use again.

Average performance

Average performance. No flexibility with handing over the car (I had to drive around for an hour to kill time (on the M25)) and then on return, having a delayed flight meaning they had the car for one extra day, they doubled the daily charge from £10 to £20.

In addition, the operative was very late when bringing the car back.

Terrible transport

Terrible transport. £15 extra charge for nothing. Half en hour wait for the transport and other half en hour journey in booth direction. The driver is on the phone the whole way and doesn't pay attention to the trip, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Our experience with this driver was highly disappointing. The driver demanded additional payment for transport, which was not disclosed upfront, creating an unpleasant surprise. They exceeded the speed limit, making the journey feel unsafe, and even threatened to refuse our return trip from the airport to our car. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and made the entire experience stressful and uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

Click your back button - book elsewhere!!!

Kangaroo parking was booked through Parkos. 5 days away and my car was returned to me filthy (bird droppings and tree sap which has permanently marked my car) and my dash cam missing. Not simply removed and stowed away in the glovebox which is unacceptable in itself as it was done WITHOUT PERMISSION!! What exactly are these kangaroo guys trying to hide by removing a dash cam! I saw on my tracking system that my car was parked in some plane watching grounds just outside of the terminal. Not a parking lot. Such a dodgy bunch of people. You’ll have your keys thrust at you upon drop off before they make a quick getaway and before you realise something is missing, stolen, damaged etc. To replace dash cam and hardwiring to my car will cost me shy of £300 for the sake of picking a £29 cheaper meet and greet “company”. Met Police contacted me to say that these people are “unsavoury characters” and that they should be avoided (Wish I’d known this before making the hasty booking) It also appears LHR allow this sort of people to do as they please with little to no regard to this sort of shady activity or simply turning a blind eye . Parkos staff were initially promising in their communication with me but after all said and done were able to do sweet F.A in finding a resolution and as it was through them I got my booking with kangaroo and for this reason 1* rating. On the upside, my car didn’t smell of urine or curry when I retuned to it - by reading on some of these reviews it could've been worse. Thank God for small mercies. All is good with Parkos and it’s affiliates until IT ISN’T and when it goes wrong with this lot it may end up being a VERY costly and stressful mistake.

The worst experience in my life

The worst experience in my life.
The park space is so far from the airport also the park not have lights. If you arrive in the night it'll be a problem to find your car and is so dirty specially if is raining.
Staff is nothing friendly as well. The Van to bring you from the parking to the airport have to pay extra £15 . Definitely I never and ever use this parking again.

I had to pay extra 30£ for taking my car early, before my booking time, and also 2.5£ for each person transfer. Which costed me more than official Stansted parking. Also it is located in some kind of farm garages. You need to call the transfer 20 min before you arrive. Avoid and even if it is a bit cheaper than others.

Avoid these people at all cost. Worst customer service, poor management. These are the worst parking people they have no concept of time, courtesy, protocol a complete disappointment. I will never use these people again ever

Avoid this place at all costs

Avoid this place at all costs. Especially at night. No directions, no lighting in the yard and no proper organization. You also have to pay between 15 pounds to be taken to the airport. They claim its in the terms and conditions somewhere. I asked them to show me and it was non-existent. I was made to pay or the coordinator wouldn't call the driver—We had a terrible experience.

I'm trying to get my refund for the airport shuttle.

You've been warned!!
