On departure the driver was supposed to meet us at at designated time. He was 30minute late. After chasing them on the phone they were rude to deal with the situation. During our holiday we received a parking fine at the airport because they were late to leave the airport with our car.

I booked 8 days of parking costing me £85. I was travelling with a 4 month old baby and my partner and unfortunately, due to heavy traffic, I missed my flight from Gatwick and had to turn back. I rang Parkos to explain the situation and whether they will be able to provide a refund, considering this was an exceptional case outside of my control. But they refused citing terms and conditions. I would have thought, given the circumstances and taking into account my situation they could've at least offered something or even a partial refund out of goodwill gesture as I did not use the parking in the end. But no, no humanity or empathy left anymore. Just robots citing terms and conditions. Won't be using them again.

It was such a very horrible and horrifying experience for myself and family. We got back on the 8th and I rang the office at exactly 14:12 of my arrival. I didn't get my car until 17:01. I was speaking with one guy called Jass or Jaz who showed no form of empathy or sympathy about the incident. He was to rude, arrogant and uncultured. Myself and family were stuck on level 3 parking floor for hours waiting for our car in the freezing cold. We got stranded and people were looking at us. I'm still treating a very terrible cold as a result of what we went through. I don't think I can ever encourage anyone to use this service. I was wrong to have used this parking company without asking for anyone's experience first. For the office to be shouting at a customer was the height of it for me. Never experienced such terrible service before. Sad!!!!

Booked through Parkos for Easy park gatwick. Worst experience ever will never book with them again.

Bit hard to find, but otherwise excellent service, with quick response and good customer service. The driver was super kind and super helpful. We didn’t catch his name but he was from South Africa.
Would book again.

It all worked out perfectly. Parked, taken to the airport, landed back later and taken to car which was kept safe.

NEGATIVE"S:
- Arrived early on Thurs 6th Jun and firstly it wasn't clear if I was in the right place, Once it was established I was, I can best describe it as a scene from Armageddon or the Walking Dead - Car's were untidily and tightly parked, 3x4 deep, in hedges, in rubbish which was everywhere.
The parking compound surrounded a derelict building that looked as if it had been bombed and had also been accessed by vandals and squatter's. I would seriously question the Health and Safety of the whole site! My gut was telling me everything was wrong and I should've listened to it...
- I returned on the Monday, collected my vehicle without issue but when I got home, I noticed the passenger rear wing was damaged ( large deep grazing on the wing and bumper ) I immediately emailed Bee Parking asking to see the 'before and after photo's' and after a few days got a reply of:
"I will discuss with my management and let you know"
I have chased via email's since but still have had no response!
( I saw that the staff member I entrusted my vehicle to on the Thursday taking photo's, so I know they exist )
The only reason I haven't pursued is it is an older vehicle and tbh, I can't deal with the grief of it all.

POSITIVE"S:
- Only a short distance from LHR.
-The drop off and collection driver's were pleasant and helpful... although I wasn't convinced the van they were driving was entirely roadworthy...

OVERALL:
I wouldn't use again and would strongly suggest that if your vehicle is a pride and joy, then avoid!

Booked meet and greet through Parkos, there parking partner Easy Parking Gatwick, collected my vehicle on 24th June 2024, when I returned from holiday at 1.30 am on 2nd July, I tried calling all the numbers provided with Parkos booking confirmation, they were all unavailable, my vehicle has now been marked as stolen and Easy Parking Gatwick are under police investigation, Parkos are not as yet admitting any liability for the actions of their fully checked parking partner. The vehicle was my van I use as a self employed tradesman, so I also now have no way of earning an income. BE VERY CAREFUL IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THIS HAS HAPPENED TOO IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS

All round we got a good service. No complaints.

My Car was stolen!!!!!! This company is a company with scammers….. Avoid this company please 🙏!!!!!!!!!

EPG was a bogus company and they have stolen my car and 20 other people cars so u are very lucky

Bought parking from Easy Parking Gatwick via Parkos. EPG were supposed to call me half an hour before the expected arrival time - they didn't. I arrived at the drop off zone and made 5 unanswered calls to EPG. I called Parkos, who at least answered, and they were similarly unable to get EPG to pick up the phone. It was incredibly stressful and I incurred £128 extra cost. This review is majority re EPG but Parkos say they constantly review companies on its system. Speaking with some drivers from other companies at the airport, EPG are well known for providing terrible service. We shall see how well Parkos support a claim...

Excellent customer service all round
Drivers were friendly and welcoming lifted luggage to and from car. Straight forward directions on what to do on arrival to car park and return home.
Great security of car park I felt safe leaving my car for a week. Would use this service again they do what they say! Definitely have told family and friends about Parkos.

The service is absolutely great. Staff are so nice and helpful.
I had my car booked in for 3am but due to road works I was running late for my drop of time. They rang me making sure I was ok and roughly what time would I be at the site. When I got the to the site I rung them and they told me they would be 10 mins. The journey to the airport was quick and the driver explained clearly what to do on coming back. Collect suitcases and then ring then and they would come and collect us. I did exactly that and I was waiting no more then 5 mins for them. Fantastic service. I will always use them from now on .

I liked everything about the parking spot, to drop off and pick up on arrival that’s amazing and fantastic, however I don’t know what happened to my car central lock system it was not working when I picked my car up, infact I really don’t know what happened to it, apparently the whole system was locked locked except the drivers side, so please next time use the car remote control properly otherwise I don’t have no problem with the parking spot. Thank you

Whole process was extremely smooth and stress free. Was where they told us they’d be on arrival and when we landed the car was parked waiting for us. Faultless

Great service, professional, great price, it will definitely remain the car park I will use every time I take a flight from Stansted

The staff were brilliant, we were offered hot and cold drinks. The toilets were lovely and clean. We were taken to the airport with loads of time before our flight. On return we were picked up earlier than our allocated time and they were great about it. Will definitely use them again. Thank you guys 😁
