Park Plus Airport Parking Reviews 

I'm pleased with there service was greeted, assisted with my luggage and picked up on arrival quick

The parking is very good but a little hard to find. Also, I don't understand the service fee of $5.00 that was added to my bill. If this is the tip for the driver, I always give tip to bring me to the airport and for picking me up total of $10.

The service was spot on professional definitely will be using park Plus again

I am a long time user of Park Plus and never have an issue with them. The employees are extremely professional and attentive and that is what I pay for. The only issue with the JFK location is that we waited 25 minutes at the parking lot and another 30 minutes at the airport for the return shuttle. It is my hope that this was due to the fact we were traveling on the early portion of the Memorial Day weekend and not a reduction in shuttles running. If it was the former, then it would be prudent to add more shuttles to the run to keep the delays lower. They are a great company to work with - hands down.

After flying into JFK we called at the time scheduled to land. Waited 20 minutes and called again, was told the shuttle would arrive in 5-10 minutes, a shuttle (marked with Park Plus) did arrive but sped through the arrivals area that it was neither possible to flag it down, call to confirm we were in the agreed waiting area or even jump in front of it to stop, despite attempts. We then proceeded to call and either be put on hold or hung up on for the next 25 minutes. We decided to take a taxi to the lot because we'd lost all communication and hope for a shuttle. 10 minutes into the taxi line a shuttle finally arrived. It was over an hour of waiting for our car. When we arrived the car was blocked in, we'd paid for a car wash as well and when we opened the door we'd found a coffee cup tipped over and spilling coffee into the driver seat. Went back in to complain and were told "we dont do the washing, that someone else, not our problem" I would have put up a bigger fight but it was past midnight and decided to simply never use this facility again.

Great customer service will definitely keep parking here....

We live in CT normally we'd get dropped off by my husband but this time we decided to leave the car at JFK. Why not? It's so much easier, no need to wait for your ride you just call PARK PLUS & the shuttle is there within 5 mins literally!!!!! Everything is so easy. We paid less than what we were expecting! Our car was great as well no damage done. I'd recommend park plus to anyone. My true honest opinion

I only use Park Plus when I travel out of New York which is 4-5 times a year. Prompt shuttles, good prices & quick in & out.

When I returned to get my car it was in horrible condition, I don't know where they parked it but ,it had alot of sticky stuff all over it. I ask them where did they park it to receive no answer. I had to go to the car wash to have it cleaned.

They are reasonably priced and the shuttle was on site after I picked up my luggage.

I like the ease of making a reservation but I learned not to use their "coupons" because it actually boosts the price and costs more than if you make a reservations without one of their specials coupons.

It took less than 15 minuets from the the time I dropped off my car and for them to drive me to my terminal at the airport !

Great service from reservation to car waiting when you step off shuttle. We will certainly use again.

I drove to the Park Plus lot,I was met by their personnel,I was told not to touch my bags Im on vacation,they took the bags and loaded them into the van and we drove for the 10 minute ride to the terminal.Upon my return I called their number gave them the ticket number, in 15 minutes they picked us up from the terminal, they drove us back to the lot where my car was waiting,i signed the bill and off we went.I would highly recommend this place,and im looking forward to using them in the future.

Used this facility when flying out JFK last March. Easy place to find, workers were professional and friendly, and shuttle service was on time both to and from the airport. Would definitely use this parking spot again and would highly recommend it.

I've been using Park Plus for years and service was always above average. This last time we used them was a Friday evening. After three phone calls to the pickup number, we ended up waiting 35 minutes for the shuttle to come!! Unacceptable. While waiting for the shuttle we watched one of the 'competitors' come by 3 times for pick ups! Very frustrating. Park Plus took one day off the total price for the inconvenience but I may be hesitant to use them again. Maybe they need to have more pick up shuttles on the road at one time.

Everything went great just as expected!

we had a Groupon but even though we reserved based on the discount price they charged us in full. when I called up to request they review the charges they told me they were correct. Only when I sent a copy of the reservation did the agree to credit my credit card.

Service and employees are very professional and courteous.
