Difficult to cancel a reservation.

Customer service was not really available by phone. I needed to cancel my reservation. After some difficulty located the appropriate place on the webpage to do this, it said to call their customer service line. When i called, the recorded message said to send an email. I did, but have no indication yet that the reservation has been canceled.

DON’T PARK HERE ! ! !

We would NEVER use this location again. First & last time for us. The only part that was decent was the service when we first arrived and the gentleman at the desk in the hotel.

TO AIRPORT: Waited to get picked up. Not on time as promised. Was ready for a cab instead!!

FROM AIRPORT: Waited at the airport for 50 minutes. When we called, we were told 15-20 minutes. Guy who showed up was full after our 15 minute wait. Then at 50 minutes he comes around and has three seats left. We end up with a super full van PLUS 4 more people standing in the isle! I guess Covid must get over since flight attendants get picked up in groups of 2-3 but we get picked up with no room to breathe! Someone almost fell on me, there are no rails to hold. . .unsafe AND ummm, hello - COVID??!!!

Then we make it back to our car - it’s dirty and crammed between two cars in a line blocking others that can’t get out. What kind of nonsense is this place?!?

Terrible terrible terrible experience for our first time using a place to park our car in Boston.

It was difficult to use

It was difficult to use. It kept refusing to go to step 4 with no explanation. I finally completed the process by deleting information that I wanted on the reservation. Very frustrating!!

Disappointed experience

We arrived to go on trip. No one was around. Finally came. This is not my usual experience with you. Arriving back called for ride small terminal and waited and waited. One came and it was full couldn’t get on. Driver said only one person called for a ride. It was us. Waiting another 10 minutes. Tried leaving and machine wouldn’t work. Told to see cashier. Honked after waiting because no one was there. Never said a word to us just opened gate.

Great experience.

Great experience.
The driver , Roy, was friendly and courteous.
Dropped off at right terminal.
When we returned to mci , Roy called me!
He asked if we were ready to be picked up, we were waiting on the luggage to show up.
He was there about the same time that we left with our luggage.
Highly recommend. can't think of anything to make it any better.

I can’t find my booking or voucher on my iPad anywhere. I know I purchased parking but now can’t find the voucher. I have no one to call to retrieve my voucher. Please if a human sees this please email or call me so I can retrieve my

Very easy to make reservations

Very easy to make reservations. Friendly and helpful staff. Due to flight cancellations we returned five days later than planned and there was no issue leaving our car longer. Prompt pickup at the airport.

You won't accept my password and will not allow a change

I have an frequent parker account, but it would not accept my password. I wanted to get points for my upcoming parking event. It did not accept my prior acceptable password so I tried to get a temporary password, but it was never sent to my email account (even though it says a temp password was sent). I tried several times. Could you please see why I cannot change my password?
