Our order went through with no significant issues. The hardware for installing the bench we ordered was not included, which could have been more clear when purchasing. We found it odd that it was not even available at an additional cost, which would have been more convenient than having to shop elsewhere for those pieces.

The rep was very helpful with placing my order and the tables and benches look beautiful.

It took us two months to receive our tables despite verifying shipping twice and being told that they would arrive sooner. Tables come with no assembly instructions and a few parts were already broken and had to be screwed back together. After expressing my frustration when it took over three times longer than anticipated, they only offered a 10% off our next purchase. I don't think I will be purchasing anything else from them

Park Warehouse not only has great products but excellent customer service! The shipping company misplaced my order and Park Warehouse quickly sent a new set of bleachers, which arrived very quickly! Very pleased with my experience and the bleachers are great!

Round picnic tables seem to be a great quality. The issue was shipping. We received the table tops and benches only in the first shipment. The pallet with the frames was misplaced by the freight company, which was the freight company's fault not Park Warehouse. PW was helpful trying to track it down, and reordered when the freight company could not find the missing pallet. When we finally received the frames, the cross bars were missing. PW contacted the manufacturer to get them ordered and shipped to us. I know it wasn't necessarily PW's fault, but it was a slight inconvenience to have 3 different shipments weeks apart to receive everything. I do thank PW for their diligence and communication to fix each shipping error.

I chose to use Park Warehouse because the information online assured me that it would only take 3 weeks for my picnic tables to be delivered....and yet it took a MONTH and a HALF to be delivered.
But the product itself seems to be fine.
