Could not have been better. No pressure, just advice. Can only say glad i visited

I required a reliable quality car suitable for for several purposes and this was all taken into account. I have purchased 3 cars from here and each car has been excellent. The after sales is as good and reliable as the initial sale.

Vince was very helpful, he accompanied me on 2 test drives, nothing was too much trouble for him. Paul was also very helpful with the purchasing of the car. I have already recommended this dealership to several people.

We have used parkway cars for a few years and we have always had a professional service from them until this year. We had booked our usual yearly airport transfer and I had contacted them a few days before the date we traveled to give a new mobile number and to check all was ok for the pick up. We had booked an early pick up but 15 mins after the pick up time they had not arrived so I called. My call went through a different taxi firm where he explained that all parkway cars calls had been diverted to him. I asked if it was him now taking us and he had no knowledge of our booking, I was starting to panic at this point. He tried to contact parkway cars but there was no answer. He then explained that he was finished for the day but he could hear I was getting upset and agreed to take us. I cancelled our return booking with parkway cars as soon as I could. There was no apology from them just a confirmation of the cancellation. Very unprofessional. I will no longer be recommending this company.

As a loyal customer of Parkway, used them over last three years, I had to cancel my Airport Taxi to Manchester return, around 3 months in advance as my holiday tour operator had to change my holiday
Asked politely for a refund which Parkway agreed to, as advance notice of cancellation. After 6 weeks with repeated chasing still waiting for a refund, various excuses, lack of communication.
Totally out of character for a professional firm, I must say
After this experience I will not be using Parkway Cars again.

Never again will I stress about getting to the airport, no more bus then trains for me and my family, I will always use Parkway Cars to get me there, excellent service, friendly, reliable drivers, great communication, able to leave my car seats with them free of charge for return journey, door to door service. Cater for all needs. Highly recommend. Start ur holiday stress free!!!

We have been using this company for over 2 years. We have used them about 10 times and they have never let us down - despite the fact that when they first started Matt was a one man band. He has updated his company to incorporate a computer system to ensure confirmations of bookings and quotes. He has also got a few more new drivers that we have also used, great to see a taxi firm care about their customers and go that extra mile. Good Luck to you all at Parkway Cars.

Prompt friendly service return pick up on time.

Took my return fare and failed to pick me up on my return. No communication and number quoted to ring in case of problems was unobtainable so after a 10 hour flight I was left stranded at he airport.
I contacted him by mail to request a refund for the return journey, after a phone call and a further email he finally returned my money. His customer service and manner in which he dealt with my problem leaves much to be desired.

Arrived on time with an amazingly presented car, smartly dressed driver who couldn't have been more friendly and talkative. Reasonably priced and was able to pay by card!! Which is a god send! Overall incredibly happy. Will be using them again and will definitely recommend.

Timing was spot on both on outward and return journey. Comfortable car, good driving, reasonable price and attentive service. I shall definitely use Parkway Cars again and would recommend to friends.

A friendly and reliable service has been received every time. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Recommended.
