I processed an order 6/5/22.
I am yet to receive this order although payment has been taken.
There is no point of contact except for Igor email whom doesn’t respond to emails.

Service is shocking!

Has gone downhill unfortunately

They have stopped sending the items, I have asked numerous times for the subscription to be cancelled and it still comes out, but I never get the bird food. To begin with it was brilliant even though I was unable to access the subscription, customer service was so fast and responsive and they refunded me really quickly when any issues occured, however now it takes ages for a response and I still have yet to get my refund.

Just placed my first order and the process was very easy. Was nice to be able to select what bird you have and see he options available. WhatsApp service was very useful and provided additional information.

I really like the choice of the food…

I really like the choice of the food pallets but my parrot doesn’t. And the soaked beans don’t seem to soften much even after following the instructions or I am still doing it wrong???? but it has tried it! Keeps digging for the sunflower seeds even tho there’s hardly any in it which is good! It’s a sunflower seed lover 🥴

Placed my order Sunday 22/10/21 , hadn’t received my order by Saturday 30/10 so emailed for an updated on 30/10 and still no response or updated on where my order is or if it’s even on its way. Poor service !

Food is excellent, delivery terrible

Food is excellent. Unfortunately delivery let's it down. It takes a long time from dispatch to delivery resulting in me running out of parrot food before the new food was delivered, so therefore defeats the object of subscription so you never run out.

Delivery Far To Slow

Ordered on 6th September, delivery advice from Yodel states will be delivered on 17th September. Will be cancelling subscription.

Helpfull

Informed Parrot parcel that I had not received my order after a week, after some investigation it was a delay at the delivery depot due to the lack of drivers.
Even this was out of Parrot parcel’s control I received a full refund & received my delivery eventually.
I am more than happy to carry on with the subscription
