Great customer service answers straight away but there is always room for improvement with the box itself i think ot could be made a bot more fun nut the toys r great and my parrot loves them

I have received my parrot parcel for several months now and my birds love it! I get the monthly toys and food every 75 days. With a GGC and BHC they go through toys quickly and the natural materials are great for them and they love destroying them! I would recommend this to anyone with parrots, especially those who don't have access to a local speciality shop. Communication with the company has also been second to none when I needed to change food types.

Edit; I’m delighted to say that I’ve been consulting with Egor of Parrot Parcel and sent over some information about toy safety. My constructive criticism was very warmly received and PP kindly sent me alternative toys for my feedback about their safety. They were much more appropriate with no parts for beaks or toes to get stuck in and no dangerous fasteners. It’s wonderful to find a business that acts with integrity and I will continue to use both their food and toy delivery service for my tiels.

For transparency, I have left below my previous 3* review:
They are a trustworthy company in so far as you do receive the product, and take payments correctly etc. However I do take issue with the toys I have received which in my opinion are not safe for parrots. Almost all of the toys have unsafe bells on them - the kind where your bird can easily get its beak stuck inside the bell due to the way the dangling part is attached. The hanger fastenings on all the toys aren’t safe either and I have sadly seen many an injury from this type of fastening and always replace them with plastic C-clips. I thought it would be convenient to have new different toys delivered every now and then but by the time I’ve had to replace the fastener and yank off the bells I’m not sure it is that convenient after all - and what’s left is a *very* cheaply made toy that doesn’t last. One of the ones I received in my last box fell apart without them even playing with it. The price on the toys is not awful if you go for the 3 bundle deal but they’re still not worth £6 each and they are definitely not worth the full price.

I loved the idea of the ParrotParcel but the fact that they’re providing unsafe toys is honestly very worrisome to me. Aside from the fact that I shouldn’t have to modify a toy before it can be used, many owners may not know to do this and will be putting their birds in danger.

I have received my first order with Parrot Parcel.
Chico, my Amazon parrot, was so excited to try out his new toy and treats and it was such good value.
I have always been a fan of the Harrisons foods but was really pleased with the scoop that came with it (which is completely biodegradable - result!).
The service has been so professional and convenient, I can't wait to see what Chico will make of the new toy next month!
I would recommend Parrot Parcel to any parrot owner.

Now I don't have to worry about my pet getting his snack on time. The box is delivered once a month, the subscription process was very easy. I would definitely recommend this service!
