Amazing quality of sound and design!!
I got Kit Fistos for the best price I've ever seen it listed

Really good value for money considering you do not have to pay any importation tax as this stopped me buying sabers from companies in the USA in the past, so we'll done parsec I fully intend to continue purchasing the other sabers I've always wanted, the first purchase from you was my first xenopixel blade and they are on a different level to any baseline saber I have owned in the past, fantastic job all round don't even bother looking elsewhere this company is the best value for money I could find just press BUY NOW you will not regret it!

Good customer service, only complaint is that a couple of my hilts have broken fast but they have sent replacement so 👍.

Love the saber, amazing product and I am super happy with it. The only thing that I didn’t find clear is that it didn’t say that I had to be home to recive the product. Other than that, amazing, everything

Excellent Service and on time delivery

Received the wrong product. Had to contact my CC company and start a complaint- Weeks later the correct product was shipped. Lots of stress but I got what I ordered in the end.

I've bought 2 sabers from Parsec. One xenopixel, one baselit. Both had the same issue. About a month or two after receiving a saber, it just stops working. This can be for a variety of reasons; sometimes the SD card just stops working, the battery stops working, etc. The core of my xenopixel had to be replaced because of this, and the new one broke quickly after I got it. The baselit, one day, just stopped charging. I made sure the SD card was okay, I even replaced the battery, and still nothing. Nothing has happened to the saber for it to be damaged, too. So yes, the sabers are fun until they inevitably stop working.

I love the saber. Especially the light and sound effects.

The Saber itself is good quality and a really good buy but unfortunately I’ve had a lot of downsides….

1) the App disconnects from the lightsaber a lot even when I’m using

2) the battery life makes no sense? It says it’ll have for example 54mins of use but then dies in about 20 minutes

3) the customer service was awful…. When I purchased the lightsaber it said processing time 7-14 days….. 14 days later I have heard nothing so I send a message saying hello any update? Didn’t hear back…. Waited another few days and messaged again they said hi our staff are on a break at the moment and will process when back in the office? Why wasn’t there a notice about this? So I wait and wait and not until a month later do they finally process the order…. The website needs to let a customer know this as this time not the case but what if it was a gift?? That needed to be on time

a little confusing to put together and control but overall a good product, it came in after a couple weeks and when i gave it to my bf for his birthday he had the biggest smile. a very good product that has withstood lightsaber fights and an amazing gift for those who love starwars or just lightsabers in general

Although postage took a long time, light sabers arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The Echo light sabers are fabulous as are the sounds.
Unfortunately my son ordered the wrong length blades and they are too long to use the sabers for duelling.
Will now cost £28 for postage for the correct size ones.

My overall experience was nice!

I LOVE having blade Length specifications. Also blade Length variety is awesome.

I like when you add stats like Size of the hilt, mm of the blade, etc. However i would like accurate sizes for hilts, because two of the lightsabers i bought were with different Size, which was posted on the website.

I like the fact that you add a free USB per sword, but its quality was low. It broke when i opened the cap. If you could improve its quality, would be nice!

Also, i reckon you could add 34 soundfonts to all Xeno3 Lightsabers (baselit and Neopixel) as standart on all lightsabers. Instead of buying an sd Card with all soundfonts.

Adding special offers more often, would be nice for customers. I bought 2 lightsabers on Black Friday.

Last, but not least, i would LOVE if you add new lightsabers models, improving variety and letting customers choose which lightsabers would suit them.

If you improve this, you will become the BEST lightsaber sellers on Europe!

Lightsaber was a HUGE hit. The RGB blade was a lot more vibrant than expected. Definitely will be buying one for myself as well.

Outstanding products. Me and my brother love our sabers....our only critique is that we would've loved to be able to just flip a switch up or down for powering the sabers instead of a button. Maybe this could be a feature in the future....

Best sabers for the money I’ve seen. Once you pair them with the Xeno app, which is intuitive and easy to use, you have what looks like as many tweaks as a Golden Harvest board but at much less money. Caveat: comparison of functions comes from YouTube video research only; it’s possible there are unseen differences in a GH, Proffie boards are certainly more granular but I don’t want or need that.

You sent us the wrong length size of blades but otherwise all was great!
