This was my first time ordering from Parson’s Nose (my friends kept raving about it), and I was genuinely surprised by just how good the meat is.
It’s on another level compared to anything I’ve bought before, noticeably better quality and flavor.

Best butcher in Fulham. Even though I have moved out of London still order my meat from Parsons Nose

We used to use this Butchers years ago, then moved outside of London. We have not been able to find the same quality anywhere else. So now we order from them to be delivered to us and again the quality is just as excellent as we remember. They can never do enough to help you and it comes beautifully packaged.

Fantastic service and quality of food

Harry and Berin were terrific hosts and instructors. Their expertise in boning joints and chicken was impressive. They taught us very well over the 3 hour butchery masterclass session and we will take home some of those skills, as well as the "bounty" from our endeavours.
Well done indeed. A fantastic experience.

I regularly visit the Belgravia location and can’t say enough good things about Sharon and Liam. They are always incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly, and welcoming, with a smile every single time. They really give the place that great neighborhood feel and make shopping there a pleasure. Highly recommend!

Love the company, really love the food, service and quality is excellent, plus the loyalty offers are much appreciated. Had some difficulty ordering online this time though:
1. Would not seem to work with Apple Pay or credit card payment for a few goes this time, just kept saying “…processing” and spinning. Eventually on the third go the it worked but it was a bit of faffing around.
2. I wanted to sign in to my account but couldn’t remember my password so did the password reset thing but no email reset code received. Tried twice. Other emails received from other senders whilst waiting so I know my email was working ok.
3. I downloaded the app but that didn’t give any option to change my account login details there either. So I still can’t log in on the website, even though the app seems to have automatically recognised my device so am in on the app.

So … a little confused!!

But the company, the butchers and the products I have always been impressed with, so still giving 4 stars.

Great meat & Veg quality , always delivered well packed, might seem expensive but when u see the quality & quantity it's definitely worth it.

You stock a particular cheese that’s very difficult to find, you’re no fuss delivery service is excellent

On 13 December, I ordered a duck for Christmas online, for collection on Christmas Eve at 5.30pm. The order was accepted. We turned up at the shop at that time to find it closed.

This ruined our Christmas dinner.

The business claimed they called me 9 times on 23 and 24 December but I have no record of any missed call. It is in any event too late to order a replacement by that stage and we were abroad until Christmas Eve.

If the shop was going to be closed, the order should not have been accepted for collection at that time.

I received a refund but nothing more. Further attempts to obtain a proper explanation from the business have not been given a substantive response.
