Parson's Nose Ultimate Butchery Masterclass
The Butchery Masterclass was a fantastic experience. Head butcher Harry & Asst butcher Chris were great teachers and very patient with the group. Learned a lot about deboning a pork shoulder & a whole chicken and prepared a rack of lamb. Went home with enough meat to feed an army. Grilled the boneless chicken already and looking forward to cooking the rest in the coming days.
