The balloons were great, but the local delivery cost was extremely over-priced and cost more than the balloons. I had no choice so still went with it.
12.99 for products and £15 delivery to a home 5mins away by car/10mins by foot... I used to live locally and always bought from here. This time I had no choice but to get the balloons delivered.

Really delighted with the angel wings and halo which I purchased in Bromley Glades on Christmas Eve for a Christingle Service.

2 stars as balloons looked great, less than one week later they had deflated significantly. Very disappointed as purchased two of them.

I ordered 4 items online for pick up at Bromley a week later
The day I went to collect them, I called the store and discovered 1 item wasn’t in stock, and nobody had told me otherwise
Thankfully I spoke to the manager of Bromley Steve if I recall and he kept me updated and tried his hardest to source the missing item to know avail, but his hard work and commitment made me feel at ease with the fact the store we’re trying their hardest to rectify the issue Sadly I didn’t get the item, but I got a refund and was able to receive an alternate piece

Item didn't come they didnt send an email saying that the item was out of stock till the morning that I needed the items.

Excellent service in Bromley branch from Justin who helped to create lovely balloon displays for an 18th party. They were ready on time for collection and did last longer than expected!

One of the balloon didn’t float, they refunded it. They are expensive.

As always great customer service, always quick and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very helpful staff in the shop. Very organised and my order was ready for collection quickly.

The staff here were honest very quickly about an item ordered being out of stock and were keen to keep me involved and informed about suitable alternatives to choose from, via sending emails and photos on WhatsApp. This made things very simple and smooth running for me, which otherwise may have presented complications, because I am disabled, so not able to visit the store in person very easily.

Website is very misleading. Ordered balloons online and when collecting was informed it would be an additional £25 for inflation despite checking ‘inflation’ at checkout. Meant that I thought I was spending £25 and actually spent £50 which was far over my budget

The young lady from the shop called me to check I had correctly requested an 80th ballon and offered to change the order to better suit
