Laura was amazing from Bromley Kent Branch in The Glades. She put my mind at ease and helped me put all my colours together which reduced my anxiety. She was warmth and very hospitable. A very cheerful customer service received from wonderful Laura.

Unfortunately I was really unhappy with my balloon. It looked really cheap and low quality. Not worth the money. Won't be ordering again.

I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. Although they did not have the item I ordered online I was contacted quickly and given options. I was quite specific in what I wanted and they were very helpful and everything was sorted quickly. Very happy customer.

I ordered a balloon bouquet for my daughter’s birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The balloons were beautiful, vibrant and arranged nicely.it put a huge smile on her face.

Lovely balloons

The staff at the Kingston store were polite, efficient and very helpful.

I ordered items on line to collect the next day at my local shop.
One of the items was not in stock so the shop phoned me to offer an alternative.
They were happy for me to decide the next day if the item was suitable and had it ready for me to look at with my order when I arrived to collect it.
I found the staff very helpful and polite.
I would definitely shop there again.

Easy to order and the balloons were ready on time for collection

Ordered some balloons online for a party last minute and they were ready to collect in a few short hours. Unfortunately they didn’t have the large foil numbers in the colour that I ordered so the store called to offer me a different colour. During the call I requested more orange than pink latex balloons, as my daughter’s favourite colour is orange, but when I did collect there were more pink than orange. In store service didn’t really help in that respect and I would have preferred if they had corrected it but the balloons still looked good. Just balloons at the end of the day 🤷🏽‍♀️

Fantastic balloon arrangement for my daughter’s 18th birthday. All done on time, exactly to specification and great customer service.

Was very straight forward to place the order. I then received a message saying they didn't have exactly what I'd ordered in stock but offered me an upgraded version for no extra cost. Delivery was on time and everything looked great when unboxed. Will be using Partica for every occasion going forward!

Great products exactly as described though driver had not second part of order! However, he quickly went back to shop and delivered within 20 mins! Great work!

Appalling service from the Store Manager in Sutton today. Absolutely disgusting will not be going there again nor recommending to anyone.

We ordered balloons for my baby's 1st birthday and asked for the latest delivery slot. Communication was very good and delivery arrived at the perfect time. We were worried the balloons wouldn't last, but two of them are still standing tall and it's been over two weeks. We are very impressed! Everyone at the party loved the balloons. Our son still squeals in delight with the two that are still floating! Thank you! Definitely recommend using Partica!
