An amazing and quick service and next day delivery, we will definitely be using this company again!

As described, amazing same day delivery, even though I ordered fairly late in the day!!

I order to my house and regularly shop in store, always a great service, staff are lovely always, and balloons are always top quality - they go the extra mile - might get little hearts or stars on personalised balloons without asking which always look fab.

I recently attempted to purchase party supplies from Partica. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. When I entered the store, the employees seemed more interested in socialising than assisting customers. Although there were only a few other shoppers present (my three friends and two other girls), my friends and I were loudly talking and laughing. I admit we were a bit boisterous, but not excessively so.Later, while browsing, we overheard the employees loudly discussing us, claiming we were misplacing items. While I did briefly put one item on the wrong peg while talking to my friends, I immediately corrected it. When I approached the counter to make a purchase, I received a dismissive and condescending look. One employee then threatened to remove me from the store for the minor item placement and our laughter.Although I've enjoyed shopping at Partica in the past, this recent experience was upsetting and left me and my friends feeling degraded.

Really helpful and changed the balloon types in the inflated bouquet ordered last minute without issue. Good communication throughout

If you want balloons delivered I wouldn't bother. Spent £50 on an order with a large special delivery fee over a week in advance. Messaged to say certain items weren't available and would I be happy to swap them out which I did. Then messaged the day before the party when they were due to be delivered to say they couldn't deliver them on time. Awful company with awful service!!

Ordering process is straight forward and great. I just wish it had said if the balloon I wanted was available or not at chosen store. However the store did call me to say they didn't have it and offered an alternative that I could decide if I wanted or not when came to collect the other item.

Easy ordering on line and everything was ready at time of collection

Excellent service at Partica Sutton. Ana helped me find what I needed for my daughter's party table and made suggestions on colour combinations. She checked the list of articles before billing me and then checked the bill with me. Will be returning.

Went to the Sutton branch for Balloons for my Mum's birthday. Shak and Ana were attentive in assisting me choose the colours of the Balloon display to match birthday colours.
Super happy, they complimented the birthday table!

The item broke within moments of putting it on - the feather fell off so it was pointless and not used in the costume!
