Don't buy spare parts from this website it's fraud

I had placed an order for Hero Honda Karizma ZMR Throttle Body on 24th of July 2025, but even after one month still there was no delivery of my order and when I started enquiring there was no reply on any of my emails. Then after that I raised a support ticket for which I got a reply that we are working on it but still no resolution and then one fine day they said there is problem with the order so we insist to cancel the order and then they cancelled my order and after cancellation they said they have initiated the refund and as usual normal thing I asked refund receipt number and again complete silence, it was like they started to ghost me with no reply even on support tickets. Then after one month again I got tired of their behaviour and raised ticket saying that you are committing fraud and I will file an FIR against you as I have proof that you have not initiated any refund as I have the recording with the bank executive from which I had made the payment, the bank executive confirmed in plain words that no refund is initiated. After this I found that they have blocked my access to their website for almost 24 hrs and deleted all my support ticket chats. But still I have ample proof against them and I am preparing a pretty good case against them. I had paid 15059rs to them and all that went in vain. These scammers have no remorse. Will definitely teach a lesson.

PART ON WHEEL IS TOTALLY FAKE SITE. DOESN'T ORDER ON THIS SITE. I ORDERED THE PART ON THIS, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE IT.

I had ordered a CDI unit from partonwheels.com. Despite waiting for over a month, the item was never delivered. I then requested cancellation of the order.

However, the refund was unreasonably delayed for more than 60 days. It was processed only after I raised a transaction dispute with SBI and Razorpay.

Additionally, the company deleted my ticket history, apparently to prevent me from using it as proof in consumer court. This raises serious concerns about their business practices.

Completely a fraud website, kindly do not order any product from them.

This is scam website. Now scam hire high Tech professional and make website. i hve ordered 1190 rs order and 4 month happened they are not reply nor they are shipping.

Orderd some products from partonwheels.com.Its been 13days fron date of order.Till now they not shipped the order.Never purchase any order from partonwheels.Its a serious fraud

Beware of this website—it feels like a complete fraud. They showcase a wide range of products, but in reality, most customers never receive their orders. I purchased a part for my Dominar, and even after 6 days, it still hasn’t been shipped. The order status shows “Partially Shipped” with no tracking details, which seems to be their default tactic.

Their customer support is equally frustrating—you can never get through to anyone for help. After reading other Trustpilot reviews, I realized my experience is the same as countless others. I strongly advise avoiding this website. Save your money and most importantly your time—do not order from them.

Truly this is a fraud website....I have ordered bike parts last month and also paid in advance...despite repeated requests no one respond...neither order delivered...contact number also fake

They will deduct your money and never responded. Keep away from this website, this is full of fraud. I have seen before it, but still taken chance to get item. Same result of fraud. So be aware.

I had ordered some spare parts for my bike from an online website called PartOnWheels, since they were not available in the local market. Even after 7 days of placing the order, I did not receive any response from them. Later, after doing some research, I found out that thousands of people have been scammed by this site — they take money but never ship the products. I also checked YouTube and in the comments section many people have complained that even after 30–40 days, they neither received their products nor got any refund.
There is no authentic customer care number to contact them.
