It eventually arrived

In my first review l said we had not yet received the order. It did eventually arrive after nearly 3 weeks, so could have been a hold up re sickness reducing deliveries by the post office.

Okay where to start

Okay where to start, I ordered 2 extra shelves for my new oven, the wrong ones were sent, I emailed saying they were wrong, asking how to return and giving order number, name etc.
So far I’ve had emails first asking for order number (already given) then asking me to take a pic of inside oven (why?) then informing me my orders been delivered!! I’ve come to the conclusion they can’t read!!!
Going to be fun on Christmas Day with only 1 shelf in the oven!!
As you can probably tell I’m not happy!!

In writing this review still not received the part for my cooker.I paid for next day delivery and 5 days later still no sign of the part.Phoned indersit they gave me the difference for normal deliver and said was being delivered that day and gave me a tracking number still no delivery.should of gone to espares and may have to .very poor service Indersit

I paid for next day delivery for an…

I paid for next day delivery for an oven element. When it didn't come I phoned the helpline. They said the part was not available and had no eta. If I hadn't phoned, I'm not sure how long I would have waited to be informed the part was unavailable? I found a local supplier I my home town and was able to pick the part up immediately at a much reduced cost! (£12.25 instead of £35)

Awful customer service!

Awful customer service!! I ordered a control knob for my Indesit coooker and
it was confirmed appropriate for my cooker. When it arrived it did not fit and also the temperature indicator arrow was in the wrong direction.
I emailed x 3 asking for an address - not on any of their information - to return the item for a refund. I was informed that after checking, the item was appropriate for my cooker! No address sent.
The customer is right! Obviously I tried to fit the knob and obviously it did not fit. All I wanted was a refund or a replacement which I am entitled to!
