Freezer Door flap arrived damaged
Freezer Door flap arrived damaged. Reported immediately with photos and was messaged back a few days later asking to resend message to another department. This was done immediately. Few days later another message arrived asking to resend photos. This was again done immediately. It's been quite a few days now since my last message and No reply yet from Indesit. I still haven't received a new part in good condition. Works out expensive when goods that arrive aren't fit for purpose.

Next Day isn't next day.
Lists items as having a next day delivery option however they don't list a cut off time etc.
Ordered Thursday midday paid for next day delivery item came Monday.

Parts themselves good, despatch could be better
Website was helpful in finding the parts to fit my machine. Parts themselves good quality OEM as you'd expect.
Hefty next-day delivery charge and they still took more than 24hrs to despatch the item so while it technically was delivered in 24hrs from posting, the actual order to arrival time was just over 48hrs despite having paid the premium.
There was also no despatch notification via email so I had to chase by phone for an update and a tracking number.
