Poor Communications
Well I've ordered and paid for the parts. No email confirmation and not answering Phone or online chat. Money is pending on my credit card, so they are good at doing that quickly. Do I cancel the transaction or hope the part arrives?

Despite inputting the model number to…
Despite inputting the model number to the website, I was sent an incorrect part. This in itself would’ve been fine but what’s hugely frustrating is that I returned the part over 2 weeks ago and am yet to receive any confirmation that it’s been received and when I can expect to receive the correct part. All this time, I’m trying to use an oven with a broken seal and am out of pocket!
The incorrect part arrived quite quickly but, If I’d known the service was going to be this slow in terms of sorting out the error, I’d have popped down the town and bought the correct part weeks ago.
The company’s probably ok if you’re 100% sure of the part you wave to order. If you’re in any doubt, expect to be kept waiting for weeks on end with no communication:-(

You would have got 5 stars if I had received a confirmation email of my order and if I had been able to contact you to ensure goods were on their way. I tried to use your web page to get an update, it was out of hours, I left a message as requested for a you to contact me, this didn’t happen but the good arrived the next day. The lack of confirmation of order was a worry as the money had gone from the bank. It would have saved my anxiety and you would have got 5 stars.
