Bad product description

Initially every thing was fine. Parcel arrived on time but upon opening it instead of being a seat belt and buckle there was only a buckle. I gave them a ring, had to email pictures of box with label and of the part only to be emailed to say it was a poor description by Ford. To date I have had no instructions of how to get a refund or post the box back. I think they should honour the original contract and send me the seat belt I ordered

Genuine parts at good price

Bought genuine Peugeot mats for my 208 (via the eBay store). Delivered to my click and collect store in 48 hours. Perfect genuine parts, good service and communication.

Great service

Great service, arrived as stated and just the job being original Ford product.Really pleased.

I did ring Vospers 3 times as I recieved two amounts of touch up paint? One set of green - my order and one set of white (?). I got not replies to any of my calls. Not a bother but I did want to send back the extra paint I did not order. If Vospers would like it back please ring me on 01789 721035. Thanks

More than 4 weeks and still waiting

If there are zero stars, I would have given it. Absolutely worst customer service ever. I'm convinced all the other reviews are fake. I ordered a wheel lock nut key from them and after more than 4 weeks of waiting and more than 10 calls later, I'm still waiting for it. They said they will call or text with updates, but never did. Dreadful, don't ever buy from them.

Thank you for your feedback and we are so sorry that you have had such a negative experience shopping with us. As advertised the part has to be ordered in and will take 2 weeks to be delivered. Unfortunately, when being ordered in from Germany, the parcel had gone missing. We are deeply sorry. This is most unusual and the first time this has happened. All we can do is apologise for the parcel going missing.

Quality service

Quality service. Ordered, paid for, received what I expected within a short period of time.
No issues whatsoever.
Very well done VOSPERS PARTS. Keep up the good work and the standards achieved.
I would definitely order from this vendor again and would have no hesitation whatsoever in doing so.

Begging for a review

Got a begging email asking for a trust pilot review after a begging email asking for eBay feedback. Heres your review boy, I'll try my hardest to make sure I never use you again. The parts turned up late and you have the audacity to hassle your customer for a review and then cry about it because you dont like the negative feedback? Pathetic.

Ordered some parts on may the second…

Ordered some parts on may the second for a car that i got as a surprise for my daughter. Transaction made with creditcard thru worldpay, credit card has been charged. After a few days i sent vospers the an email requesting info concerning the order as i did not get any verification that vospers had recieved or processed it. I've tried emailing Vospers three times now but absolutely no replies. Annoying by the least as my daugther is getting her driving permit the 24.5 and i now need to find parts missing elsewhere.
