Everyone from the EU should be careful when dealing with this company. They correctly state that customs processing may be expected. I bought goods worth 351 DKK and paid 302 DKK in customs processing fees? Probably the most expensive cooling hoses I’ve bought to date. The payment went to the company via UPS.

Junk oem parts
Junk oem parts. Starter never worked from the onset and cost me hundred of dollars for mechanics to figure out. To return defective product $90 for shipping.

Upon reviewing your order, I can see that it was placed in 2023. We offer a one-year warranty on all our products in the event of faults. Had we been notified within this period, we would have gladly arranged for the item to be returned, tested, and either replaced or refunded if found to be faulty.
We sincerely apologise that you and the mechanics had to resolve this issue, and I will certainly forward your concerns to the manufacturers of the starter motor.

Found all the parts I was looking for at a very good price. I called with some questions and they were very helpful on the phone.
I was a little worried ordering from Greece, but the whole proccess was fast and easy. The customs fees also very reasonable.

Bestilte en "Volvo Penta MD1B, MD2B And MD3B Stainless Steel Exhaust Outlet × 1" og den ankom relativ hurtigt. Ved modtagelse kunne jeg konstaterer at der var mindst to støbefejl indvendig i udstødningen. Jeg kontaktede derefter Parts4engines via deres kontaktformular, men jeg har ikke modtages noget svar på min henvendelse.
Produktet sælges som et "high quality " produkt, prisen er høj, men kvaliteten er i bund. ORDER #2590
Update: 04-07-24.In addition to the casting flaws inside the elbow, I can see that the threads on top of it is M8 ( on drawing below, bolt no.6 not fitting your elbow). Originally Volvo is constructed with M6, this is of cause just another disappointment regarding this product. Finally I have been forced to pay additionally approx. 86 GBP in fees and taxes, to receive your product in Denmark.
I would have liked to have been given that information in checkout, so I could have abort the purchase.
