I have dealt with Parts for engines on at least four occasions. In every case their performance has been top notch in every respect. Accuracy and speed with orders, fast delivery, ability to follow special instructions etc. I received goods in both New Zealand and Malaysia and every transaction went through without a hitch. I could not ask for better service.

Customs fees are not indicated and they are too high about 25%. It should be taken into account and paid at the same time as the order

Needed a couple of parts urgently, a call to the helpers resulted in my order being hand taken to the warehouse for speedy dispatch. That resulted in my receiving parts the next day in time for an engineer to fit and to have a functioning engine by 14:00 the following day. Really great service and what about prices, Exhaust elbow, cast iron from Volvo £629 plus connection plus gaskets (£45), stainless steel from P4E £440, including connection and all gaskets. Thank you.

I received the correct parts, quickly and at a reasonable price.

UPDATE - I am thankful that Parts4Engines have done the right thing and corrected the matter. They have restored my faith in their business and I will return to purchase more parts for our engine. The original post explained a misunderstanding regarding a shipping damaged alternator and how the model that was suggested by the website did not fit our engine. Initially, the first CSR's were not able to provide shipping back from California to England. However, they did the right thing and resolved this confusion. We will continue to be a loyal customer.

Ordered new fuel filter kit and new drain plug for the pre filter and glass viewing bowl for my Volvo Penta MD 2030. Correct and original parts delivered quickly, well packaged, competitively priced.

The stainless steel exhaust mixing elbow is replacing the iron Volvo elbow, 4 years old. I am impressed with the quality of the piece; also installed a new raw water impeller which came packaged with lubricant and gasket. All fit perfectly and tested fine.
