I needed help with 2 stovetop switches
I needed help with 2 stovetop switches. Partsdr recommended 1 which was wrong and repeatedly told me it was the right switch. It was not. Then they would not accept responsibility for recommending the wrong switch based on their WRONG wiring diagram.

Rusty, we’re sorry you’re frustrated. After reviewing the full conversation, the part that was shipped was the exact part number that was selected and ordered. Multiple options were discussed, and links were provided so the correct switch could be confirmed before purchase.
We understand that parts diagrams can be confusing, especially when similar components are shown. Once it was clarified which switch was needed, we provided return instructions and waived the restocking fee if the correct part was reordered.

Cost me $68 to return part
I ordered a part for $116.74 but realized shortly afterward that I no longer needed it. I attempted to cancel the order, but it had already shipped. When it arrived two weeks later, I followed their return instructions and shipped it back at my own expense, which cost $51.50.
I received a refund of $100.83. The company explained that the original $10.99 shipping charge was non-refundable since it had already been paid to the carrier, and they also deducted a 5% restocking fee.
So in the end, I'm out $68.

We’re sorry for the frustration. In your communication, you indicated the part was no longer needed because the refrigerator was damaged during delivery. We do not have any record of a cancellation request before the order shipped, and once an order ships at our warehouse it cannot be canceled.
As outlined in our return policy, when a part is no longer needed, original shipping charges are non refundable and a 5% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is also the customer’s responsibility in this situation.

The part they sent was twisted and didnt fit appliance. It was going to be 160 to return a part that cost 128, but they offered no suggestions or help amd will not accept a return to them in person!!

Unfortunately, return shipping costs for large items like a freezer drawer can be expensive, and we do not have control over the rates set by the carriers. We do recommend checking with multiple carriers to find the best rate. Our warehouse is not set up to accept in person returns at this time.

Had to replace the hinges on my Maytag…
Had to replace the hinges on my Maytag dishwasher. They were bent from the door being stepped on. I ordered new ones on 2/14/26 and they arrived a couple of days later. It was difficult getting the bent hinges off, but the new ones were easy to install. Back in business.
Parts Dr had the parts in stock, reasonable prices, reasonable shipping cost.
