Here is My experience in this month
I bought an item that costs 1450 $ (IVD UCA)
Item shipped from the US, to partsmarket offices in Dubai then been sent to me and received scratched.
I return it they can’t offer another one, they gave me 2 options, full refund or keep the item and got 330 $ back
I kept it because it is not available as they said.
I liked how the staff dealing with customer they are very cooperative.
Maybe my experience with them is strange and not happening even 2% but that what happened.

Ordered wipers for my car

Ordered wipers for my car, the website confirmed that it’s compatible.
After making the payment I received a call asking me to confirm my vin number and was assured that it will be compatible.

Guy who showed up to fix the wiper didn’t even know how to remove my old wiper and then said that the part won’t fit (after confirming twice prior that it will fit).

Waste of my time.

Game changer!

To start with, fantastic experience! Interacting with Parts Market was quick and hassle free. I got a full and detailed response to my request in less than an hour, very clear and transparent.
But more importantly, I was able to save almost 40% compared to the quotation I got from the workshop!

Save effort and money

It is the first time that I deal with them, and it was a great opportunity, and their communication on WhatsApp was fast, and also benefited from their advice, and as I was exposed to the incompatibility of one of the pieces and it was quickly replaced with another piece
