The part i orderd was a good bit cheaper than my local mazda dealer and was deliverd in a couple of days.Very happy with them would use again.

Good price, free and fast delivery. Was looking for ages for the part I needed and they had it. Was delivered within a few days with free delivery on a part that only cost a couple of quid.

The product is fitted and works however there were no instructions with the kit. But very happy.

Its not ronsill but it does exactly what it says on the tin arrived ontime and what we orderd.. Big panic thought i had the wrong parts, then in realised i tried to put the drivers carpet in the passenger side all ll ok now :0)

I ordered a set of car mat and a cover for my soft top when its down 'tonneau cover'. Mats despatched fine and as advertised. very curt note saying, 'we are not supplying the tonneau cover as it is not suitable for your vehicle'.
I had to contact the supplier and ask for one that was appropriate for my vehicle, and recieved another curt reply - there is none available for your model of car.
I found what I needed from another supplier.

I ordered a part on 8 June. When it didn't arrive I was told I had rung the wrong number, even though this was the number on your site! I rang the new number I was given and had to be put through to a third telephone. I was told this time that you had to order the part from Mazda, and that it would come the following day, and that I would get it on Thursday. It is now Friday and your website still says "awaiting despatch". There has been no communication whatsoever...and no apologies. I wonder that you have any customers left. I shall certainly not deal with you again.

very pleased with the purchase which arrived in good time. But please don't use Citilink. They ignored my delivery request. They have in the past. On that occasion I nearly had to drive to Norwich to collect. Use Royal Mail who will leave the package at the local Post Office, thus helping to ensure their survival as well.

Site is simple, ordering easy, price keen and delivery swift and efficient. Couldn't ask for more really.

If I have one little gripe it would be that the site is at times a bit too simple. There could be more in the way of a description for the items.

When you go online, there is always a bit of doubt that what you have ordered is identical to what you have just been looking at - luckily with Partsmazda you do get exactly what you have seen.

Order floor mats for Mazda MX5, along with fixings. not obvious how to fix so requesting fitting advice. Helpful response and sent me instructions as requested.

I ordered a set of car mats, these were a very good price. Online ordering was simple and acknowledgement email received straight away. Delivered by courier 4 days later.

The Mazda car mats I ordered arrived promptly but, the carrier dropped the package off at my next door neighbours house without putting a note through my door informing me of this. I was at home for most of the day, only popping out once or twice but managed to miss the delivery.
The e-mail that was sent telling me my order was about to despatch didn't say that the package would be left either at a neighbours house or round the back of mine so I was a bit annoyed when my neighbour appeared in the evening with a parcel.
