Thé worst company to deal with

I have had multiple disappointing experiences with Parts Plus, and I feel it’s important to share this so others can make an informed decision before purchasing from them.
Before Christmas, I bought AdBlue as a gift and specifically mentioned this to the staff member serving me. At no point was I informed that they have a no-refund policy on liquids. This only became apparent later, which I believe should have been clearly explained at the time of purchase.
More recently, at the end of January, I ordered another part through them. I was told it would arrive the following day around midday and that I could collect it then. I went in at approximately 3pm, only to be told the part hadn’t arrived. Despite having my contact number, nobody called to inform me of the delay. I had to make an unnecessary second trip the next day, and no apology was offered for the inconvenience or wasted time.
When I collected the part, I specifically asked whether it could be returned if it remained unopened and unused. I was clearly told this would not be a problem. However, when I later attempted to return it—just 12 days after purchase—I was told it could not be accepted because it had been specially ordered. When I challenged this, the explanation then changed to a supposed 7-day return policy, which had never been mentioned previously.
Overall, the information provided by staff has been inconsistent and appears to change to suit the situation. Policies are not explained upfront, and customer service has been poor. Prices are also not particularly competitive, so I would strongly recommend shopping around before buying from Parts Plus.

I bought a radiator from them for a fiesta and didn’t come with a bleed valve, I informed them that there is a bleed valve missing, I then bought another bleed valve which doesn’t fit on the radiator I then explained to the to them what the problem is , they then said the actual radiator they sold was faulty, they said they will give me a refund but I still waiting for it it’s been 6 weeks and still no refund I have been in contact with them several times all they say is we will call you back, my advice is don’t buy anything of them. Really bad service provided by them.

delightful car parts company?

Oh, where do we even begin with this absolutely delightful car parts company? If you ever wanted a masterclass in how not to run a business, look no further! They’ve got it all: staff who redefine the concept of laziness, a brilliant knack for sending you the wrong part every single time, and a customer service department that’s basically a black hole where your returns (and your patience) go to die.

You’ll get to enjoy the charming experience of paying twice for the same incorrect part, because returns are handled with the urgency of a snail on vacation. And if you love being serenaded with tall tales over the phone, oh, you’re in for a treat—these folks can spin a yarn about where your part is (or isn’t) with the finesse of a bedtime storyteller.

In short, if you’re looking for an absolutely horrendous experience, you’ve found your paradise. Enjoy the ride—just make sure you’ve got a lot of spare time and a good sense of humor, because you’ll need it!

Parts Plus Glasgow

My local Parts Plus branch are brilliant.
No ask is too big or small for them to do, the staff are excellent.
Shout out to Callum, Brian, Conor, Martin and the warehouse staff and of course the regional manager Kev.
