It was easy to find the part we needed considering its an AC unit that is almost 30 years old. However, I wish it was stressed that orders made after 5pm would not be processed until the next day,... See more

The part, service and price were all great. $24 to ship two tiny o-rings ($1.99 each) via Canada Post was ridiculous. I will not shop Parts Town Canada again for that reason.

It took a few minutes to figure out which version of the party i needed but once i did ordering was simple and safe plus delivery was quick. Not sure why they packaged the 2 parts separately when they both would of fit in the same box and were ordered together. Could of saved some shopping costs...

I wanted a OEM part, so I paid premium dollars for the required part, paid shipping, and 9 days later I have been informed that my required part, which still has yet to arrive, is delayed due to missed connection. It is hard to not buy aftermarket parts that I can have shipped next day for a third the price.
I am very disappointed that you are even asking how my part is, when it still has not even arrived, and just been informed they do not know when it will arrive.
