Easily found the exact icemaker for my refrigerator. The complete, detailed list of units it is compatible with meant I could order with confidence that it was the right one. Delivery was fast. Had my icemaker installed well before Thanksgiving.

Router base fit perfectly. Received sooner than expected.

Our Bosch dishwasher replacement part was easy to locate on the PartsWarehouse site, easy to order, came in a timely fashion, and arrived well-packaged and in good shape! Couldn’t have asked for better!

Edit Monday November 24, 2025. Partswarehouse still HAS NOT begun to take this seriously. Calls to them: attempted to communicate my displeasure with their shipping and their blatant refusal to use the shipping choice as outlined below. When actually getting a person to answer, they hung up on me. When I left a message and requested a call back asap, their representative in Texas, hung up. This during their hours of business and when they would have been able to deal with and correct these problems in a timely manner. NEXT: multiple attempts to again request a call back. When "I" answer, I get hung up on! I initially continued to request that the parts I ordered (and they were very small, not immediately required for use but to be spares for the future with the exception of 1 item), to be re-shipped. As of this writing (Nov. 23/25) I have changed my mind and advised this business to issue a full refund ASAP. It is NOT worth it to deal with this company as they are incompetent and they appear to possess employees who lack common sense.

Evidence as found online: they have done this before to other customers. Pretty pathetic seeing as how customers end up proving the shipping option substituted was not what they ended up with.

Initial post pre-edit:

Ordered a few small replacement parts for an old carpet cleaner. Proceeded to complete the steps to order, chose my method of shipping options as offered by this business. My 2 choices were Canada Post or Fedex. I chose Canada Post. Partswarehouse does state "due to disruptions with Canada post delivery, there might be a delay." Fine with me, I was prepared to take that gamble as I didn't require the parts ASAP. Instead though, Partswarehouse did what is widely known from other purchasers, they chose a shipping company I did not approve in my selection at checkout and in fact, DHL-the one THEY chose, isn't even an option. Fast forward to the horrible remaining situation. DHL passed it off to Apple Express, a small-time, incompetent courier who handles garbage items from Temu, AliExpress etc. What happens to purchased items after it's on its way isn't necessarily Partswarehouse's fault but they did NOT use the shipping service I paid for. I didn't know this at time of ordering, that they'd totally disregard my choice and for which I paid for. WOW! So, of course the courier company person just dropped it on my front step, tracking up just before this, NON-EXISTENT as to where or when it might be expected. Some street bum stole my simple parts and in the package. They can't use them anyway so I had a laugh about that part. Today though and after 3 of the back and forth emails to this business and my statements to them about the FACT their website continues to offer ONLY Canada Post and Fedex in the choices at time one is going to checkout, even their own employee contradicts that. I've advised that I do not want a refund, I want my items as ordered. Small, replacement parts! They do reply promptly and even on a weekend when one would assume they're closed for business. Had I known they'd sucker-punch me with THEIR OWN CHOICE of shipping instead of honouring the actual one I PAID for, I'd have looked elsewhere. No communication that they were to change the shipping choice? Not surprising (now) since I've read from others they have done this to them as well. It's disrespectful in that they totally disregard what their customers have chosen. This is not the end of it either, although I've used emails to communicate with them, I'll soon be calling this business to speak to someone in management and will outline the problems their own employees are continuing to cause. It started with them using DHL (which I know IS an incompetent shipper to begin with) and then continued downward after that. Partswarehouse (or just Danah one of their reps. in particular) avoids using common sense but I did see online statements by their company that they in some way, see the customer as their main focus yet they just alter a shipping choice for whatever their own reasons. Again, WOW! Once you were dumb enough to order from them and hope for better, were certainly denied! There's a lot more to this that would take up far more space in the complaint but I've provided them with a screenshot of who I chose for shipping, you should do likewise if you take a chance at ordering from them. Retain PROOF so when they do this to you and if it doesn't go well, you'll have that proof to shove in their faces. Believe it or not, this isn't a first time a business has done this to me and Partswarehouse is now well known to just change it up when they feel like it. Negative review all the way for this business!

Other than parts being expensive, this was a great experience. Easy to find the parts needed, easy to place order. Order was shipped quickly, and was precisely the parts needed. Thank you for a great experience.

The diagram for my mower was clear , accurate and easy to use. Always have a good experience with Parts warehouse. The spring I needed came quickly and was the exact one I needed. I always recommend PW. Thanks Bob

Quick shipping and quality parts.

Part was never shipped. Fed EX says the shipping label ws generated, but they never received the part. They said 2 - 5 business days. It is now 12 days later and no part.

Shipping was 1 day.parts were in stock.great quality.great company.

The part was easy to find in the diagram, easy to order and was quickly shipped. Fit perfectly and now my saw is back in use. An Excellent experience!
