I ordered pre filled party bags last…

I ordered pre filled party bags last Wednesday paid 6.99 delivery fee to be delivered for Saturday still havent arrived, now I have been a new date for tomorrow, but the party is tomorrow at noon this is not on, your ok to take my money but not deliver the products I have tried contacting through amazon but it's impossible to speak with anyone I would like someone to contact me please.

Thank you for the review and we apologise for the experience. You can see from the tracking on Evri, we dispatched the item on time and with the correct service. We will of course take this up with Evri as there is no apparent reason and we can only assume there have been some customs delays or something that has delayed the items crossing to Ireland.
We can see this is with the courier for delivery today.

Great company, awesome service!

Brought a whole load of different party bits from this company for our little ones birthday and some party bags with everything already inside... Who knew you could even get that! Everything came as described and really quickly, awesome customer service from these people, nothing was to much trouble.
Highly recommended and will certainly be using again on our next party.

Purchased a children's prefilled party…

Purchased a children's prefilled party bag via Amazon.
Do not waste your money total rubbish it has gone straight in the bin it would have been an embarrassment to give to anyone.

We are sorry to hear you didn't approve of this particular item. We have been through the last two weeks of orders and can't locate anything order by the name of Pat so we don't know which of our products you purchased to investigate further.
We have also looked through our messages and return requests but we can't seem to find anything relating to this.
We sell thousands of party bags each week ranging in value and style with very few complaints or returns. For those who would rater not use the items generally opt to return the items for a refund rather than disposing of them. If you would like to provide us with your order number we would be happy to investigate further.
