Wouldn’t know how to rate this business as the balloon I ordered for my friends 30th birthday never arrived! Ordered to an office address and DPD “attempted delivery” even though there were receptionists on site, never called or tried and the took the balloon away again. Party on seemed initially helpful but since requesting a refund I have heard nothing more from them! £36 VERY BADLY SPENT. will not order from here again.

Fabulous service and fantastic balloons exactly what we was looking for, lots of lovely comments from all staff and patients at our hospital.
Will always order from here for any future events.

My balloon arrived today ready for a private dining meal with all my friends. To celebrate my cancer remission diagnosis. Highly recommend this company. Thank you to you and your team for putting a massive smile on my face when I opened up the box to check the Balloon I ordered from you. Amazing.x

Made an order the day before requested delivery date and they were able to fulfil it with no issues. Good communication from Customer service who called me let me know about changes they had to make to the business logo I wanted on the balloon and they were able to make a last min amendment to the delivery address. The balloon arrived on time and the recipient loved it! Thank you

Ben went above and beyond to get a balloon delivered to me next day, it was a very important delivery and Evri very nearly fluffed it up but Ben also sorted that out, PHEW! very stressful but I got the beautiful balloon I ordered for my bestfriends Twin baby shower within 24 hours of ordering. I was so incredibly grateful and the balloon was beautiful 😍 amazing customer service, can't thank you enough ❤️

From ordering on their Website, to delivery, it was excellent. Great choice of style and colours and very reasonably priced too. The Balloons were beautiful and even had tissue paper wrapped around them in their boxes to protect the lettering. Delivery from DPD was spot on, usual driver from other DPD deliveries too.

Save your money and go somewhere else! Balloons came earlier than the date it was due for, one balloon came flat already and balloons were upside down. Company take no responsibility and have an excuse for everything when they clearly can’t tie balloons properly. Worst experience ever!

Extremely disappointed with this order. The terms say to allow extra time for delivery & if a weekend event to get them delivered on a Thursday! I didn't quite trust this & had them delivered on the Friday instead, allowing for an next day delivery on sat if there was something wrong with them upon delivery (for a Sunday event) which there wasn't at time of delivery.

Their website states "With an average float time of 2 - 3 weeks, our balloons are a lasting reminder of the special day" .....Well by the event on Sunday they no longer floated, the writing was crinkled as the balloon was going down & they had to be placed sitting on the table, luckily it was a midday event as by the evening they had floated off the table & onto the floor! They last only 48hrs max. & should never be recommended to be delivered on a Thursday for a weekend event as they will not look good!!

My first experience ordering balloons & will never do so again, what a waste of money, flowers would have lasted longer! They need to update their description asap for customers to state "looks good for 24hrs only, by which point we then won't consider you for a refund afterwards, get them delivered on the day of event only!!!"

Great service. Very impressed, arrived on time as exactly as per images. Daughter very happy. Would use again.

I received my balloon for my 50th and I loved it. It stayed up for 3 weeks. Well done party on balloons

Bought a balloon display for my mums 50th birthday, the colours were even nicer in the real life and the display was bigger than I thought it would be! Had to change the delivery date and customer service were really helpful and quick to respond. The balloons still look great over a week later and my mum was really happy with them! Thanks!

Will not buy from here again. Balloons not the same colour as advertised, they look red on the website, ordered fo my mums 80th as red is her favourite colour. Most of Balloons are actually a faded purple colour. Company doesn't really care. Fobbed off with "well the description is Berry"...Ok well what kind of berries are they referring to? Because
Strawberries are red, raspberries are red...blackberries are well black...gooseberries are green, I could go on. One balloon was deflated which they refunded me for...(£3.34) What an insult!! I paid £65 for this display. Complained again and asked they replace the entire display but they decided to just refund a further £6.64. That's less that £10 total for a display arriving deflated and not as shown. Proves they couldn't care less. Go elsewhere people.

Awful products, appalling customer service and a dreadful and insulting experience from start to finish. They only got one star because I was unable to give any lower. Please avoid at all costs and save your time, money and energy on a company, which seems intent on becoming embroiled in being right rather than doing the right thing.

The most disappointed experience that I have ever had! I don't understand that happened with this company as we used to order from them and everything was good. I ordered a personalised ballon with a bundle of foil balloon hearts to be delivered next day. I paid £69!!! The next morning I received the main balloon with the writing that is completely deflated! It is despicable! Later that day I have noticed that the bunch of the foil heart balloons got deflated. Everything is a complete disaster!!! I would never ever recommend this company to anyone!

I was expecting to receive my order on 24/3/23, in time for a party on 25/3/23. However, I received the balloons on 27/3/23 which was 3 days late. I am disappointed that I received the balloons late as I felt it was not worth the value and of any purpose after the party. The DPD delivery couriers for this company are not reliable and provide very poor services. The website is also misleading as the delivery information was not clear.

Really straightforward ordering process and everything was explained about delivery. When we opened the boxes all of the balloons were in there and they looked great for the party! Super simple and no fuss, thank you so much

Ordered balloons paid extra for specific day only half arrived on day required on calling then was told you have to allow extra 24hrs even though you spent extra £8.99 on delivery asked for refund as will arrive too late was told can’t the other balloons will arrive next day, they still haven’t arrived and they are now ignoring my emails spent a total of £73.00 and all I got was 2 number balloons
