Absolutely beautiful balloons and super service

I ordered 2 Mr and Mrs balloons for our wedding. They seemed to be good and the delivery was on time. We checked the balloons, however by the time they reached the venue 4 days later, one had already deflated and the venue had to keep them in a store room. Obviously we were very busy on the wedding day and we didn't take photos of the deflated balloon. Customer service refused a refund and offered no explanation or apology about the product being below expected. I suspect the lower prices reflect a poorer quality product. Stay well away!

Balloon was delivered practically deflated and did not float, subsequently the text on the balloon was crinkly and peeling. Not the quality or service expected when spending £37 on one balloon.

Excellent display of balloons for our celebration.
Delivered to our venue absolutely spot on time.
Afterwards our Grandchildren took them home.
Reckon they thought it the best thing about the whole day.

I have used party on balloons plenty of times over the last couple of years for birthdays Christmas and most recent my wedding, I’ve never had an issue just absolutely perfect balloons. Wish I could upload a picture to show them off.

I Had 12 balloons for my wedding, they looked absolutely Amazing and they are still up a week later.

I placed an order for my sons 21st Birthday Party, no balloon's arrived, cost £59,99, total embarrassment on my sons birthday. The customer service guy made every excuse to blame DPD delivery, they took no responsibility and excuse after excuse .. there is no one answering the phone, my order was clear, in plenty of time and the date was confirmed .. scam company, will never use them again. Party on don’t response just do the right thing and take responsibility, words are cheap.

Edit of my review to say the phone lines and email were not working - they phoned me. An error on my end or strict email filters etc. Reassured me which was great because I was worried. Thank you :)

Very happy with the purchase. Quality was good and balloon seems to be lasting a very long time. The only negative I can think of is that it was a little pricey, however the other half loved it.

Ordered the rose gold balloon for my daughters birthday and it arrived on time and she loved it. After 4 weeks it has just started to deflate, which is amazing. Great gift idea and great quality.

The balloon I ordered was amazing and is still up now still the same as the day it arrived. I ordered Friday 21st and it came the Saturday morning. Definitely will be ordering again!

Balloon was delivered with crinkly, falling apart writing. Not what you expect when spending £30 plus delivery for one balloon. I brought this to the attention to the company and was given every excuse to why it wasn’t their fault. Poor quality product, extremely poor customer service and would never order from this company again.

I love the balloons that this company do and I love their service too! They are incredibly professional. I will continue to order through them.

I am very disappointed and wish I never bothered wasting my money to buy balloons from them. My order was not delivered on the specified delivery date even after paying extra for a pre 1pm delivery.
