Few problems but with happy resolution
Never received items, not sure if it was Royal Mail at fault but I did get a full refund so I can’t give a bad review. PP were very apologetic.

Really helpful customer service. I ordered Mario themed keyrings for my child’s birthday party bags and they gave me a fantastic variety to choose from after I made the request when I ordered. Came promptly and products in good condition. The keyrings were official Nintendo merchandise, which was fantastic for the price. Delighted!

The only reason there's not 4 stars is because a lot of the items I wanted for first choice were out of stock and I could've went elsewhere but there's are by far the lowest prices.

Products were as shown but I was charged twice due to an error in the system. I was sent x2 orders in one box & charged x2 shipping costs. I was told I could have a full refund (including 1 lot of shipping costs) but by the time I paid to return the unwanted items it wasn’t worth the hassle.
