I went to Parx for my remortgage based on a recommendation and it definitely made the whole process so simple and straightforward. I had been struggling to find a broker who dealt with complex situations, but with Alex and the rest of the team it was sorted within a week! Alex was professional, reassuring and gave me confidence that I’ve got the best possible deal. I will definitely be going back!

What lovely chaps at Parx, so friendly and welcoming. We found Alex to be so professional and knowledgeable and great with communication. We have been able to re mortgage and are better off and have paid off our Help To Buy. Although we haven’t met Caroline in person her communication is spot on and she’s very on the ball. Lovely touch the cupcakes being delivered! We would highly recommend Parx and will go to them again when mortgage deal ends!

Really great service. Attentive, thorough, pro-active. It was refreshing, never had to ask twice for anything. Alex had strong relationships with all of the main lenders and was able to leverage these to get us an amazing deal.

We dealt with Alex when remortgaging our home to upsize, having only done the process once before he explained every little detail and no question was silly!
When we had problems with queries from a lender, Alex and Caroline were quick to chase and solve.

We used Alex and Parx for two property purchases. Unfortunately the 2nd fell through but in terms of mortgage application I could not recommend Alex and Parx enough. The level of communication throughout was outstanding. We even benefited from two improved rates during our application as Alex regularly monitors the interest rates on our behalf. The Parx application is very user friendly making daunting tasks such as uploading statements/payslips simple. We will definitely use Parx when our fixed rate finishes.

Alex and the team were brilliant from the first initial phone call through to the end. Their communication is second to none and they were on it when the rates were dropping, making sure we got the best deal right up until 2 weeks before!

They put our minds at ease, and gave us multiple options that suited our lifestyle. They even looked into our life insurance policy, making sure we are fully protected now that we have a child.

Great service, Highly recommend. Alex was really helpful, I was a first time buyer and he was great at explaining the different options available to me, always kept in touch and had my best interest at heart. Highly recommend and most importantly the best rate available to me.

I was worried about my mortgage due to not only the increased percentage rate but also due to the fact I was required to pay back an equity loan. I was stressed and unsure around the whole process but as soon as I spoke with Alex all my anxiety went away. Alex clearly went through all my options with zero pressure. He kept me updated throughout the process and there was never a time where I felt I needed to chase for updates. All the people brought in to support the process were amazing. I also love how I receive monthly updates to make sure I’m still on the best rate which helps my peace of mind.
