I book an intensive course and I’m working abroad, my timetable was very strict and had only few opens windows when I could do my test and lessons. Abid has help throughout my experience and ensured/did everything he could to make it happen with regular contact. The driving lessons was at high level which resulted me passing test within two weeks in the busy Christmas holidays.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Paid nearly 1 and a half grand for a course only to be ignored for the last 8 months and ending up booking my test myself. My instructor (appointed by abid) has also been ignored! Don't know where all these 5 star reviews have come from clearly fake! Absolute SCAM! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Excellence service!! I was panicking as I couldn’t find any dates in any driving centre in London for the end of November as my job was on the line. I contacted Pass expert and the gentleman on the phone helped me find a test within 3 days. They was keeping me updated through the time. Even tho it was more difficult as I had a automatic license already so for u to book another test for manual they needed to call DVLA, as u can imagine it wasn’t easy to get hold of them on the phone. But they managed to get it sorted within 3 days mind blowing. Highly recommend !!!

My first instructor didn't work out but Abid was very understanding and did his best to find me another one. I now have a new instructor who is better suited to me. Abid booked my theory which I have now passed and he rebooked my test after I told him I wasn't ready for my original one. Brilliant communication and he didn't pressure me to pay the rest of the course fee until I was happy with the instructor. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service! I had booked my driving test on line by myself and could only find a place 17 miles from where I live and luckily I found Pass Expert that was able to book my test on my area helping save time commuting to the test centre and stress about not knowing the area very well.
All the service was very quick and easy. Highly recommend!!!!

Didt even want to give one star Company is awful I payed over 800 pound for my crash course they took the money very quickly now have not awnserd me for 3 months I try nearly every day to contact them and no awnser what so ever!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE ROBBING BARSTARDS !!!!!!!!

Edit2: its been more than 2 months and these thieves still haven’t returned my money. Literally they have stolen my money, not provided any service and are practically ignoring me. Will be doing a charge back and reporting them to the police.

Its been a month and they still haven’t refunded my money. Reporting them for fraud and initiating cash back.
Bloody thieves.
Cant provide driving lessons and then refuse to refund deposit.
Zero stars.
I rarely use the word ‘horrible’ but it perfectly describes my experience with this place. They took my deposit within minutes and made many promises but more than a week later nobody contacted us to coordinate driving lessons despite telling them of the limited time we have. Countless phone calls, texts, whatsapps, voicemails and nothing.
Stay away from this horrible company.

Despite initial change of dates and rescheduling Abid did his best to keep me updated through phone calls and text messages. He was always quick to answer my emails pertains to my test date and rescheduling.
I eventually got allocated with a n instructor and past first time after taking a 10 hour learner driving cours.

I would gladly recommend Pass Expert. Abid is always warm,friendly and ready to help!

Absolute nightmare was ment to be doing a crash course yesterday????uncontactable have left message after message on his phone. No one ever gets back to u just to top it off my theory runs out in September 🙈 thanks abit 👊 do not use this company Whatever you do it’s a scam

Passed my theory test - attempted to book a test direct through DVSA - no test dates available even while searching for one all the way up to 6 months in advance- then I spoke to Abid at pass expert - I told him which 4 test centres I’d be happy to sit test on - and little after 2 weeks he secured me a test date for my proffered test centre for just after 3 weeks later - best £200 I’ve spent to secure a test I’d of no chance of getting by myself and also got me in touch with a quality friendly instructor that was local to & knew the test area like the back of his hand - if you’re struggling to get a test date and want to get one Abid is a good honest guy that got me mine relatively quickly considering the overwhelming demand for tests in the london area - pass expert - 100 stars on quality and delivery of service as advertised
