Can't recommend Pass Expert enough Abid provided excellent customer service from the get go, he explained the process thoroughly and got me set up with a driver in no time. I organised my first lesson with my local instructor Junaid who I got on really well with and felt I could learn from. He explained I didn't need to do as many hours as I thought I did. Shortly after finalising the course Abid informed me a test was available quite soon, I proceeded with booking the test on the basis that Junaid felt I would be ready in time and we could fit the hours in comfortably. I worked with Junaid for just over a week and my driving developed quickly through adopting his processes, I soon realised that other instructors I had over the years were teaching me things I simply didn't need to know and worryingly had taught me bad and unsafe habits. I did my final hour lesson with Junaid before arriving at the test centre and went into my first practical test feeling ready and confident. At the end of the test I was informed that I had passed with only 2 minors. I could not have done it without the help of Junaid & Abid, both helped me achieve something that I have been struggling to accomplish for the last 12 years. It was an amazing feeling and a massive relief to have finally ticked it off the list. I strongly suggest making contact with Abid if you are serious about getting your driving test out of the way!

Both my sons have passed recently using this company , Culwat he has been brilliant and they both flew through their tests with ease. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I really would, thanks to the team they are both happily driving around!

I passed my test yesterday after completing a 20 hour intensive course. Abid was nothing but helpful with my concerns! He booked me a test within a week of me booking the course and messaged me frequently to make sure I was happy with the course. I was such a nervous driver and my instructor helped ease my nerves so much. Absolutely could not recommend this course enough, great customer service and support!!

AVOID.....my daughter's second driving instructor provided by this company kept cancelling at short notice. Then totally out of the blue he texted her to say he couldn't teach her anymore and to find another instructor...he had even booked her a test. Which she was not ready for....my refund!!!!! Nowhere to be seen...of course...she has now found another guy, who has done nothing but complain about the quality of her tuition...

I contacted pass expert today regarding a fast track driving test as the wait for my current test which was originally booked for June was too long of a wait. As a company they delivered excellent customer service and throughly explained the process. They found a test within 5 hours of me contacting them with a test for the following Monday. If you are wanting a fast track driving test I highly recommend booking in with Pass Expert. Excellent service. 10/10 ratings.

Pass Expert is by far the best driving school ever. I even travel from Ealing to get to Slough because of my instructor (Zebun).

Zebun, is fantastic and really got me up to speed in a short space of time. She was very patient with me and gave me all the tips and helped to correct my errors. I now have the confidence to drive and I can only thank Zebun at Pass Expert and Abid who for giving me a the package that I needed

I have booked a few tests with Pass Expert over the past year as I had difficulties passing, each and every time the response time was great and I found a new booking pretty quickly. The person dealing with me was very professional and friendly and dealt very well with any issues I was having. I really recommend this company to anyone who is trying to pass their test with a good instructor and finding quick tests!

Abid was excellent. Communicated with us really well. Managed to get a new driving test for my daughter 3 weeks after her failing her first test. Happy to say she passed 2nd time. Thank you Abid. A great service.
