Booked 3 adults for business lounge entered card details took my money then received no passes completely dreadful service. Avoid

Avoid at all cost, this is a scam web site. I tried buying fast track airport access for a recent trip and the order was immediately cancelled by them and they said I would be refunded. I believe they sell these fast track tickets (which they never fulfil) as a front to sign you up to their hidden subscription service which is around £35 per month.

Reply from Passfly
I like others was not made aware when I tried to arrange fast track security that there was a monthly subscription and got charged .I was advised that the fast track service was not available & I would get a refund of the payment which did happen. However on checking my card statement the subscription charge was made.I asked for a refund of this but it was refused as they stated it was in the terms & conditions. This is a complete and utter scam to get money from people.

Do not fall for this.
I can not believe, I just did.
Same story. I went to buy a fast track pass and ended up with no fast track pass but with a subscription.

Couldn’t give a minus review. It’s a scam. They would let you subscribe automatically and collect your money. Didn’t even receive a confirmation letter. I thought I only bought a fast track, but I was not aware that I would be subscribed automatically

Scammers !!! Fast track does not exist, then they keep charging your card !!!!

Totally abusive! Stay away!!!! Looking for a fast track, I agreed on a small amount paiement, with my credit card, last month. Never got it btw... And turned out they took 39,90 euros twice already on my bank account as if I agreed on a subscription. They never presented it to me, I never agreed on it, this is totally abusive. Go away people!

Disgusting service, I booked fast track, then informed 1 minute later that it was cancelled.
They then took the money out on bank holiday Monday.Bank informed of fraud .

Misleading subscription setup
I visited PassFly intending to purchase a one-off airport fast track service. I had absolutely no intention of signing up to a €39.90 monthly subscription and was shocked to discover I had apparently been enrolled into one.
The subscription and recurring payment were not made clear enough during the purchase process. I believed I was paying for a single travel service, not agreeing to ongoing monthly charges.
I cancelled as soon as I discovered it and contacted customer support, but despite explaining that the subscription was activated unintentionally and that I had not used any of the benefits, my refund request was refused.
Be extremely careful and read every screen closely before purchasing anything. My experience left me feeling misled and very disappointed.

Absolutely shocking what these scammers are getting away with. charged me €19.90 for 2 fast track passes through schiphol.. then I seen a payment for €39 of my card, asked about it and was told I knew it was as subscription service, absolutely NOWHERE does it state his.. if that isn't bad enough I am 12 days post flight and have still not received the passes and Passfly are saying "successfully validated by the airport. Once the reservation has been confirmed, only the airport authority is able to cancel the service.
As of today, no cancellation has been made by the airport, and unfortunately we are therefore unable to proceed with a refund. Indeed, the refund is triggered automatically only when the order is cancelled by the airport." how can the airport cancel something that never existed..????

Complete scam never use and should be removed from the airports

I bought a pass for speedy security arrivals at Heathrow as a once off in March. Just discovered my bank account has been debited for 2 months at €39 more month for a subscription I never asked for and did not agree to. This is such poor business practice and a total scam. I am awaiting their response and a refund…

I tried to buy a fast track pass, which could not be processed. Neveertheless, I found a charge on my card for 39.90, despite the transaction not completing.
On top of that, you will find you have been unwittingly committed to an ongoing monthly payment to Passfly of 39.90. Avoid Passfly!

I tried to book a fast pass for orly airport, it did not work, i received a mail saying my reservation could not be processed.

This company took money from my account on two occasions for a subscription I had no need for or knowledge of.
Update 12 May. Passfly have responded appropriately and I'm happy with the outcome.

EDIT - they gave me a full refund so credit where its due, happy that its sorted and they took care of it. Frustrating that it happened this way and the initial contact with them, but it is sorted now so updated to reflect that.
OLD - Definitely a scam as they require you to tick a fine print box when you are purchasing a fast track pass.
Then they send you multiple emails confirming your fast track pass and that you have purchased not but dont mention anything about a 24 HOUR trial period for a subscription. Then after 24 hours they charge you 39 euros. When I messaged, they said sure they will cancel the subscription now (for which I got a confirmation email) but they wont refund the payment because it's in their terms and conditions.
It doesn't need to be explained why this is clearly a scam. just because you make someone tick a box once to pay for something they dont want, you cannot say its in the terms and conditions. Especially with no confirmation email and a 24 hour trial period.

This is an absolutely SCAM. You contract a fast track service, you pay 18€, it gets canceled after some minutes, and they end up charging you the double. And they will charge you every month saying it is an “abonement”. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!!!
Update: I ended up paying 39,90€ per month for an inexistent service. I am sending emails back and forth and talking to my bank.
Dear passfly, I saw your comment to my post: finding my case is just as easy as looking up for my full name on your system.

I've had the same as all recent complaints!! I did not know I was subscribing to £34 a month when all I wanted was one flight FastCheck! Now I can't unsubscribe and the website contact email, conveniently, DOESN'T WORK!! I want it cancelled and a refund but can't get in touch with anyone. Please please.. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!!

Like many others here, I attempted to purchase a speedy boarding (or similar) ticket, which was unsuccessful. Then, I was apparently charged 29.9 EUR for six months without noticing it. I do not recall entering into any subscription. It is a total, unbelivably dishonest scam.
