Quick and good customer service when I called with a question

I had used Passport Visa Express once previously to facilitate with getting Chinese Visa. Therefore, I decided to ask them to help me again. I was again very impressed with the extremely helpful and quick responses that I received from their customer service. They were very knowledgable and I was happy to know that my visa application process was in great hands.

I had 3 Visas to obtain for a SE Asia - they did Vietnam for me and it was fast and easy with their correcting passport scan and pictures. It took me more than five hours to figure out correctly the Laos and Cambodia visas. Wish I had been able to use them for the other visas. Well worth the money - use them if you can.

My application for a visa for Vietnam went extremely well, despite an error on my part. Within minutes of submitting my application, I received an email from Passport Visas Express notifying me of the issue and I was able to correct the mistake. Just one day after that, I was notified that my E-visa had been issued. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Passport Visa
