This is my first time using Passport Visas Express. I was applying for an Indian visa and had heard that the Indian website was a little unreliable so I opted for help. The process was very simple and when one question came up on my visa application, the issue was quickly resolved with a phone call. I had my visa in 24 hours.

Relatively simple Visa process
Relatively simple process except the uploading of photos of passport page and passport photo. I am 78 years old and am not very computer savvy and had to get help with this. Perhaps instructions about how to do this would be helpful for us IT deficient people.

Was not able to login to print visa
Was not able to login to print visa. Password edits were not what your site said. Went to chat and it finally got me in after several attempts. I did get visas so gave 4, but seemed more difficult than it should have been.

I tried to get a visa expedited to Brazil for my wife and our son paid them $360 and then they said it cannot be done. So they took the $360 with no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! WE GOT SCAMMED!!!

Clear instructions and good advice
All went well in spite of a change of Consulate just when applying for a China visa. My only issue was I paid for overnight FedEx delivery but the passport was sent back on Friday and the sender marked weekday delivery. It could have been marked Saturday delivery. I received it on Monday.

Thank you for your review! Overnight Saturday Delivery was an option in addition to Overnight Delivery- They are not the same service. FedEx charges more for weekend delivery which is why we make both options available to you (weekend delivery being more expensive). You chose Overnight Delivery.
