Great App & Coming a Long Way

From other reviews here I have had great customer support in response times to detailed help. I can give them a 5 for this. The app is very easy to use and navigate. Features roll out fairly quickly now and get quite a bit done despite their situation during these times. I can give a 5 for technical support and updates. The multi-site integration would be great to have. 2FA/MFA linking like some others would be nice to see. I can give a 0 cause it simply doesnt exist yet. The extensions need a bit larger team allocated to this. They need to work on overall end user experience as well as correcting which text boxes the extension for generating a password associates with. I give the password integrations and browser extensions a 3. The family option has come a long way and sharing specific password vaults is really nice and easy to setup. I give this a 5 for family plans/shared vaults. The part that really degrades the experience is the notification to create an entry to passwarden after the site is logged in to when I just used my saved version. Could we get a checkbox in the settings in passwarden to not prompt app/extension wide to skip asking to save the website entry. This would solve a lot of headaches for many users and it's a quick option to add. I give end user experience a 3. As for features the app offers fairly standard to password manager market. This app does have dark mode, auto lock and stay unlocked features, can now unlock with windows hello, and use biometric unlock on the mobile app. For features I give it a 4. Design of the apps while simple to navigate are very plane and clunky looking. The appearance is first impression guys. Can we get some creative peeps to renovate the app appearances for all types to make them more appealing? Its lower on the list of priorities but let's not forget it. I give visuals and design a 3. Overall, I rate this system a 4. I would like to see the browser extensions heavily overhauled and caught up to the new desktop app and mobile app standards. I would expect the extensions to look more like the mobile app platform than the desktop platform. It would be ideal to make the extensions into a candy bar form factor and offset more to the right. Happy development and hopefully this helps with ideas to better your product!

Passwarden is a Password storage and…

Passwarden is a Password storage and retrievel system, not a password manager. It works great if you need a place to store passwords, to retrieve. If you need a password manager, this is not the product for you.
1. No option to export password data out of paswarden.
2. I have passwords stored for a website, and after it enters it in, it asks me if I want to save it.
3. The password generator box pops up covering the boxes to enter in my username and password making it difficult to enter in the information.
4. I have lost count of how many times I have had to use a browser without the passwarden plugin installed, just so I could get log into a website that is stored in passwarden, as the plugin made it extremely difficult to log in.
5. The mobile app is horrible. As another user stated, you set the app to not log you out after X amount of time, and it does so anyways.
6. Their support is awful. I have reached out to them multiple times for various issues, and usually give up, as they never respond, or they are very difficult to communicate with.

Choppy

Choppy. That is a word I saw in another review. Another is after several years, functions should be ironed out and working smoothly. Nope. Now come to find out Passwarden is broken in Firefox. Over a year ago asked about a simple function in their VPN product. Nary a whimper about what is a pretty straight forward function (killswitch). Communication with their customer service about this Firefox Passwarden issue... not at all confident this will be addressed much less worked out any time soon. They need to really tighten up their ship. Decent, interesting products that have shown promise, but at the moment are treading water. Cannot recommend at this moment in time.

Been using this app for a while & very happy

Been using this for a while & happily give it 5 Stars.
Support is great 1st class when you need it .
After use of the VPN service from KeepSolid and all associated apps and I am very glad I found them.
Well worth $$money for the peace of mind in today's on-line world.

Great service to keep your passwords safe in one place!

It's been a while since I started using this service. Despite missing some features this service is reliable and constantly receives updates which means it continues improving and growing that's one of the reasons why I stick with Passwarden as it looks promising. If this trend for updates continues I will consider a possibility to upgrade my account to Family plan so all my Family members could keep their data safe.
Keep up the good work!

Very strange that there's a review here…

Very strange that there's a review here from 1st of October 2020 when, according to passwarden's own website and appbrain[dot]com, Passwarden didn't launch until 6th October 2020

This service is a waste of money frankly. You can find better services with more features for free or for much much MUCH cheaper.
Issues I came across:
1. No way to associate one set of log in credentials with multiple sites. I have been provided with a set of log in credentials that gives me access to a wide variety of platforms and websites. There is no way to create one entry for these credentials and associate those credentials with multiple sites, you need to make lots of individual entries. Associating log in details with multiple sites is a standard feature on free password managers. Extremely strange it's not available on such an expensive manager as Passwarden.
2. Passwarden's "Suggest a password" dialogue box appears everytime I click a password box. The "save" option on this box does nothing.
3. On certain websites passwarden's offer to save a password interferes with the website completing the log in. On multiple occasions I've had to disable the extension to be able to log in to a website.
4. On android, passwarden doesn't work when trying to enter passwords in a browser (e.g. firefox). The dialogue box flashes for half a second then disappears
5. On android, passwarden tries to fill in a password on EVERY SINGLE TEXT BOX you click on. Never had this issue this any other password manager
6. On andoird, despite having the app set to remain unlocked for 30mins, the app still forces me to log in everytime I want a password autofilled.
7. On android, when the dialogue box appears to autofill the password for you, pressing it just brings you to a list of all your passwords, not the specific password for that app/website
8. THERE IS NO WAY TO EXPORT YOUR PASSWORDS WHEN LEAVING THIS SERVICE. Apparently this is a "feature" that was not a top priority for passwarden when launching this app and it's something they'll add in the future. Absolutely bizarre.

Long story short; This service is full of bugs, doesn't let you export your passwords and doesn't offer service that even comes close to the free password managers that are out of there. I'm currently waiting on my refund and then I'm done with Passwarden.

An excellent product created and…

An excellent product created and developed by the real deal in security, KeepSolid Inc. Passwarden offers a smooth user interface (very polished), state-of-the-art encryption and is featured packed as well. If a user is forced to open their application, there is a Duress mode, that allows you to only display accounts that you create to display to fool the adversary. Passwarden provides zero-knowledge encryption, that protects your data, even from the application creators. KeepSolid Inc., also released the application on multiple systems at the same time, making my transition and syncing seamless. Finally, on top of that, they bundled it with their rock-solid, zero-log VPN called VPN Unlimited for a great price under the "MonoDefense" package!
