Considered, objective communication when I initially contacted the team to enquire about the watch that had caught my eye (Lordmatic Weekdater) and how it would fit in my collection.
Having decided to buy, the watch was dispatched promptly and arrived the next day, beautifully presented as usual.
A small problem arose when I started wearing my watch - not uncommon with vintage pieces - and this is where I think it is so important to buy from a quality dealer who is also a watchmaker. P2P immediately arranged a return, rectified the problem (keeping me fully informed of the diagnosis and repair), and had the watch back on my wrist within 48hrs. Outstanding.
This is my fourth purchase from P2P and I can find no reason to change my previous 5 star rating!

I took delivery of my first watch purchased from past2present this morning - a present for my son's 30th birthday and WOW what a first class experience. Delivery 24hrs after ordering, beautifully packaged and with a simple hand written letter of thanks, such a small thing but so powerful & perfectly sums up my experience. Oh and there was the watch of course, a beautiful 1971 King Seiko... WOW, WOW, WOW, I was blown away by the quality that had gone into the presentation of a 54yr old watch, it is absolutely beautiful and was a real struggle to hand over to my son (I want one). He also loved it as much as I did.
Thank you so much, this will definitely be the beginning of a long relationship.

The delivery time was very quick, and the watch was in perfect condition. That was advertised on the website.

P2P has always offered great service and communication and willing to provide as much help to customer as needed in terms of requests. Packaging and delivery is quick where each watch is put in a pouch with warranty card. I highly recommend P2P as I have bought several items from them and have been more than happy and pleased with my purchases.
