I ORDERED A COUCH IN AUGUST 2025
THE ORDER NEVER ARRIVED.
I EVENTUALLY REQUESTED A REFUND WHICH THEY
SAID THEY WOULD DO.
IT IS NOW FEBRUARY 2026 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY
MONEY OR ORDER.
THEY BLOCKED MY EMAILS LAST NIGHT.
THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM BUSINESS, THEY STEAL PEOPLES MONEY.
I RECOMMEND YOU DON'T BUY WHAT YOU SEE ON THEIR SITE. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO.

My order was supposed to have been delivered. It wasn't. Company said they would give my money back. They didn't. I called my credit card company and finally got my money back.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT THEM TO HELP YOU LIQUIDATE YOUR COMPANY!!!!!! After using them I’ve had investigations from HMRC, Insolvency , PAYE……you name it!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Waiting almost a month now for my order - was not aware that these were sent from China so god knows when it will arrive and what quality it is. Contacted customer service but no reply. I imagine even thought there is free returns I shall be waiting months for my refund

Used this company once they give you pennies for good clothes and I mean pennies even when they are unworn with labels on

Sent them a bag of clothes and they never paid me. Now they have closed down I doubt I will ever get the money. Screams scam to me

Sent a bag full to the rim of clothing to see they’ve now closed down. Should of been warned very angry.

Over a year later and still not received my clothes back. So dishonest.

Poor returns service - Great at delivering, not great at returns !!
no response from customer service, phone calls go to answer machine / fax even at appointed times, no response to customer service emails

I am very happy with the clothing that I bought. They are as described and were delivered promptly.

website is down for a while now. 100% sure I've had and paid for few items & 95%sure I've clicked on it week or two later to be actually delivered but NEVER arrived . This was in the option pay now they would ship later with possibility to add on more items if want to later (to save on delivery). It is now impossible to log in and find out what happened to it??? some £35 worth of shopping anyone ?
Also ordered patatabag...to sell items...this never arrived(rather give to charity for free...such a fuss and delays...)

Sorry to see you go.... emmasales they also offer secondhand clothing with free delivery. Last Top I got was immaculate and arrived next day. Sad another business has to go.

Got some great items at a fantastic price. Would definitely recommend. Delivery was quick too.

Sent off clothes. Acknowledged receipt. I have received them back minus the ones that were accepted and I haven’t received payment for. The company pile actually be honest and put that they are closed on website. Catalog not available isn’t a good explanation. Disappointed

Where has Patatam Uk disappeared to no longer has a catalogue on line.

I really like this site for clothes the only bad thing about it is the sizes, they sometimes put the wrong size on the description. I've ordered 18/24 Months and the piece of clothing has come 12/18 months instead.
