Absolutely thrilled with my order came in a pink parcel and was wrapped in pink tissue paper on the inside... Good quality clothes at fantastic prices.. Will be shopping here from now on and would highly recommend.... So much choice..

Absolutely brilliant this is the third time I have ordered and the quality of clothing (boys) received was absolutely fantastic. Looked brand new, true to size and clean. No musty smells. Packaged brilliantly and delivered quickly. This is getting my go to store for excellent quality secondhand clothing. No experience of selling so cant review it. Will definitely purchase again

I found patatam really easy to order from. And just as easy to return the goods when they were too small. I placed an order online and the package arrived within three days. So very prompt. When I tried the jumpers on at home, one was too small. I printed a return label and returned it via the post office .So simple. I love this site as it saves clothes being sent to landfill where they can take years to decompose. Also the clothes are wrapped in lovely tissue paper and smell clean and fresh.

I purchased 2 items, the dress was in perfect condition although extremely creased, the jacket was lovely but it has a mark on one of the pockets which spoils the look of it as a smart blazer and it's dry clean only so I can't try to wash it out. Well packaged and quick to arrive but photos aren't clear enough in my opinion.

Always amazing clothes ..my only drawback is on the delivery ..never home at I have to keep going to collect from the post office ..
You need to offer a safe place option to your customers ..
Other than that I'm a repeat customer and love this site

Due to a poor quality item I received, I’m rating this as just a 3 😕 they make everything look standard value in a picture but my main question now is “does it look that good in reality”? I ordered a dress online, top half looked a nice gold & bottom half black. When I received the order, it was totally off colour and looked as if someone had washed it at the wrong temperature. Which clearly made black merge with gold and just look disgusting. I wouldn’t resell an item if it was totally damaged!

I also ordered a few other items, it was my first time trying the website and it had good reviews so I thought staff really checked the quality of the items before reselling.

The remaining 4/5 items I ordered were actually in an ok condition, jumper had a bit of an off smell but personally I’d wash everything before using it anyways. This website is literally a heads or tails, does it match the image advertised 🤷🏻‍♀️

This site is fantastic!
My order arrived so quickly and was packaged really well. I thought this site was going to be like a large charity shop however the clothes are all in such good condition that it was like I ordered them new from the retailer themselves.
