Brilliant window cleaning service

Their window cleaning service is so simple and easy! I like the fact you set up a direct debit as I’m awful for remembering to keep cash in the house! The cleans have always been brilliant aswell and we’ve never had any issues 😊

Really disappointed

I was expecting the service to actually clean all my windows but they cleaned only two that I can see nd even those weren’t done especially well. After waking us up at 7.45 on Sunday morning I assumed they were motivated, but sadly not.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service explained I’d been in hospital so missed 2 payments.. when I got home and was replying to the messages I hadn’t seen I apologised and said I’d been ill then I tried to attach my card details to the app but it wouldn’t so I asked for bank details to pay directly.. they were rude leading up to this from the first message after the missed payment and had no consideration for the fact I explained why I hadn’t responded to messages.... kept telling me to use the app after I said I couldn’t get it to work .. then no thanks when they finally sent bank details and I paid straight away .. unbelievably after all that today I saw a message trying to get me to sign back up 🤷‍♀️ I copied in the messages id received and suggested the staff member needed better training in customer service... I did receive a message to say thank you ..il pass it on to the office so maybe it depends who you get .. they didn’t apologise for the awful customer service shown in the messages though .. if they had given the bank details when I first asked or offered to collect it in cash when in the area payment would have been made quicker and they just kept saying things including it’s frustrating having to chase this and saying it’s not fair on the workers .. there was no understanding that this was an unusual and unavoidable situation and that as a customer I needed a bit of help to sort the payment they just responded as if I was refusing to pay .. the annoying thing is the cleaning was really good .. if their customer service was better I’d actually be recommending them 🙈

Patch App UK — The Definition of Useless

Patch App UK is hands down the most incompetent “service” I’ve ever dealt with. Two months, two booked window cleans — and not a single one happened. Each time, I got the same pathetic excuse: “An issue has occurred, we’ll be in touch.” Spoiler alert: they never are.

They promise reliability, communication, and convenience — they deliver absolutely none of it. Just radio silence and empty promises. I even sent a clear email cancelling the service and asked for a confirmation reply. Naturally, nothing. Because ignoring customers seems to be the only thing they’re consistent at.

This isn’t just bad service — it’s no service. A total waste of time dealing with a company that clearly doesn’t care whether its customers exist.

If you want clean windows, hire literally anyone else. If you want frustration, disappointment, and ghosting worthy of a bad Tinder date, Patch App UK is your company.

Avoid them like the plague.

There seems be a detachment on reality with this business. I've sent (another) email to the email address - and a confirmation screen shot of the SMS they sent advising the they did not if fact clean the windows so where "we have the most recent visit, on the 9th October, as completed on our end" came from im unsure.

i'll reittarate - use at your own risk. I'm done with them.

No emails in the inbox from your email address at all, i'm not sure where these have been sent to? I personally manage all the emails, and get back to everyone ASAP - `I do not have an email from your email address unfortunately.

Done 2 cleans, wouldn’t even call it clean. Just came, wet my windows and left. The rain does a better job.

I can see you spoke to Nicola in the office about this via email, on the 3rd September - thank you for reaching out to us directly about this. I can see Nicola offered for us to come back to you to re-do the full clean, as we'd have loved to be able to fix it for you then and there, but you politely declined a return visit as "it’s constantly raining anyway". As previously mentioned, if you would like us to return to you, it's not a problem and we'd be happy to do so.

For some of our armed forces veteran window cleaner's, this is their first job since leaving the forces, and so can be finding their feet with it for a few week's whilst they settle and build up their experience. As always, we welcome and encourage any feedback so we can better the service in future.
