Avoid - Scam
Ordered a product from their latest drop on 06/04/2025, no tracking was sent (Thankfully, I always take screen shots)
I emailed their help email, after 7 days I finally got a response, saying there was an issue in their warehouse. I have since emailed twice more and not received a response. I have now opened a dispute with my credit card company.

Unprofessional and possible scam!,
I ordered my package weeks ago. Neither did I receive a tracking number for my package nor an info if it was shipped. They are not responding to multiple mails where I told them about these issues. But they have been responding to E-Mails giving them probs. I had to involve authorities and try to get my money back. I personally definitely do not recommend buying from them. (Also the website of the shop is against German web-laws, so I guess they don't really care about EU-Regulations).
