Friendly and Kind
Friendly, cheerful, and so helpful! The whole interaction went better than expected. She clearly communicated with me, and followed up with me later in an email like she said she would. Excellent service.
I was mislead to believe that I…
I was mislead to believe that I wouldn’t have to pay interest on the loan and then I was hit with a $900 interest penalty for not paying off the loan by the deadline. If I had known this was the case, I would have never gotten the loan to begin with. This is an outright scam.

Misleading loan terms
Misleading loan terms. I setup autopay as a condition to being approved for the loan, now I see the intent. When I set it up there was a "promotional 6 mo free interest" period, then it converted to a regular loan with interest, at least thats how it was explained to me. After the 6 moths, it converted to an INTEREST ONLY loan. I didnt catch it until 10 months of paying almost $300 of interest only payments to them a month, far exeeding what Ive paid down in principal during the promo period. Long story short, these are shark loans meant to draw clients in with misleading sales tactics so they can collect more interest payments than the actual loan was for in the first place, essentally making more money than what was paid to the original vendor. My advice, steer clear of these shark lenders, or make sure the loan terms they explain you on to SELL you on taking a loan out through them is in fact acrurate. Im now paying off the loan in full so that Im putting $100% of my monthly payment into their pocket while paying ZERO towards the actual loan.

The funds were quickly made available…
The funds were quickly made available and the support staff, especially Jackie in member support, was very professional, caring and helpful. Jackie went above and beyond to get an issue resolved where our account was incorrectly charged by a third party medical company. We would recommend using PatientFi for anyone that needs help budgeting extra medical expenses.

This company scammed me
This company scammed me. The man I first spoke to set up a payment plan for me, assuring me that I wouldn't have to pay interest. I trusted him; why wouldn't I? However, I ended up with a horrendous interest rate. I take accountability when the fault is mine, but this situation had nothing to do with me.
When I called again, there was no record of my previous call or of speaking to anyone. Finally, I spoke with, a very kind and thoughtful lady. She mentioned that there was a 30-day window for adjustments, but she would note everything and submit it for me. Due to the lack of records of my attempts to resolve the matter and update my card information, I am now being charged.
I strongly advise against using this company! Make sure you absolutely pay off the loan within six months if that's the promotion they offer. They will charge you an enormous interest rate, and you may be misled. I hate to write negative reviews, but I want consumers to be very cautious. If you call, make sure to note the agent's name and ID number, and always ensure there is a ticket created for your call.

Prompt Customer Service
Jackie was great. I couldn't view if Patientfi had received my payment for June and she quickly confirmed that it was reflected on her side.
I took out a loan through PatientFi
I took out a loan through PatientFi, and despite having a credit score near 800, I was given a high interest rate. I paid the loan off early, but because they require automatic payments, I was still hit with a declined payment fee even though the loan had already been paid in full. A few days later, those automatic payments went through anyway. I called to ask if they could waive the $15 fee, but they refused. That tells me they’re more interested in squeezing extra fees from customers than treating them fairly. If this is how they treat someone with excellent credit who pays early, I worry about how they treat people with lower scores who are struggling.
