Future family was great to work with! They answered all our questions when we were searching to help in our fertility journey! A bonus we got was a nurse that was there to help and support my anxiety and reassure me! She was great and always there when I needed that support or crazy questions to ask!!

My husband and I worked with Curtis at Future Family, and our experience has been truly amazing. The entire process was smooth, easy, and transparent from start to finish. Curtis was incredibly helpful and supportive every step of the way; from the moment we applied to when we signed and funded our IVF. We are so grateful to Curtis and the Future Family team for helping us with the cost of IVF and making our dream possible.

Tiffanie was great. She explained the process in detail and simplified it for us. She made time quickly, and was always very responsive. We ended up not needing the funding through Future Family, and she refunded our membership fee, no questions asked. This was extremely helpful, as going through the IVF process is stressful and expensive. If we ever need to explore lending for similar life events like this in the future, Future Family will be our first contact.

He took the time to walk us through every detail and thoughtfully explained the company’s mission, which clearly goes far beyond simply providing financial support. I truly appreciated learning about the founder’s story and the experiences that inspired the company. Knowing they have personally gone through this journey makes their approach especially meaningful. They understand how challenging this process can be and provide not only financial assistance, but also educational resources and nurse support, offering care and guidance throughout the experience. I did not have an easy journey with my treatment in Boston IVF! In fact, everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong! Whatever you do, do not trust financial department - they have no clue what they do or they simply don't care! But it's not why I'm writing this review. This review is dedicated to absolutely special person- Christina Bixler. If it wasn't for this girl, I'd never be able to get everything done in time. She didn't take "no" for an answer with my clinic, she tried to contract them for my financing. Well, as I said, they didn't care and made me finance through "package deal" they have on their website. Really annoying that you are pushed against the wall like that. Then I got "good news" on medication cost and saw Christina's company on pharmacy's website. So, I called her. She said that financing can be done. I called pharmacy. The girl on the phone with monotone voice informed me that there's no contract with Future Family. This is when Christina demonstrated all her professionalism! She got on the phone financial coordinator from the pharmacy, stayed on the phone with me AFTER HOURS to walk me through everything, she was that real support that my clinic should have offered! And she did it all twice! Because pharmacy stuff doesn't know what's going on in their building! She pushed my financing through, she was really good sport! She stayed on it, untill actual shipping of my meds was confirmed with me on the phone ... This is dedication. That is desire to help people. And on top of it, you don't have a "package deal" with Future Family. You only pay back what you used! Imagine that! These places really exist! When comes to Boston IVF I'm yet to see them shine, and I really hope they would. I hope this review helps someone to make a right decision.

Going into IVF we were very uneducated about what to expect. We were given a list of lenders that our clinic works with and i reached out to 3, one being FutureFamily. From my first initial call they were compassionate, patient and kind. They took the time to explain every step of the process in detail and we’re prepared to answer every question I had. The best part is having your own advocate that you can work with throughout your journey. Stephanie has been such a huge support for me through this anytime. I have doubts or questions I can text her for reassurance and support. It sets the standard for what customer service should be like!

I cannot speak more highly of Future Family and in particular, Curtis. This is a difficult process for anyone needing fertility treatment for whatever reason, and it’s hard to plan ahead. We needed funding in place quickly in order to proceed with the next cycle, and Curtis made it happen within about 2 hours start to finish (and on New Year’s Eve no less). Even from our first contact he was empathetic, understanding and supportive. We felt we were in good hands at all times, making this one part of a difficult journey that much easier. Thank you, Curtis and Future Family!

We worked with Curtis for our approval. We haven’t had the opportunity to work with others within Future Family, yet, but if they are anything like Curtis, you’ll feel like you’ve gained a team of guardian angels through your journey. I wanted to leave this review right away because I am so happy about the process so far, but something tells me I will be leaving another review raving about the rest of this amazing team!
