We applied remover product on our indian sand stone and patio looks as good as year it was originally put down. Fantastic product. Delighted with outcome.

I jet wash my patio every year but the black spot was just increasing so I like another reader used patio magic nice and clean but still the black spots looked up your product for concrete slabs being expensive i was worried I was spreading it a bit thin but 90 minutes later a gentle jet wash and they are finally gone well pleased.

This product does what it says on the carton and removes Black Spot more effectively than any of other products tried. Easy to use and easy to repeat on very difficult stains. Easy to order and effective delivery.

I used black spot remover on 5 year old cream coloured Indian sandstone badly affected by black spot. I have tried high pressure washing; Patio Magic and hydrogen peroxide, but all of these methods did not touch the black spots. Patio Black Spot Remover not only removed all the black spots but restored the colour of the sandstone.

They claimed that 4 litres treats 20 square meters and I found this to be correct. Therefore at £49.99 for 4 litres, the product is quite costly to treat a typical patio, but in my opinion worth it in view of the excellent results achieved.

This is the only product, over many years and trials, I have found that actually works. Don't expect it to do the work for you, but it has completely rejuvenated our sandstone patio. And a year later, it is still looking like new.

The Black Spot Removal Company has a great range of products available for the horrible 'blackspot' which blights our patios, terraces and steps. We have always used the Remover for natural stone, which incidentally has worked wonders on a piece of marble too. Great Stuff.

I was very sceptical about the before and after photos seen however the jet wash chemicals haven’t touched the black and the black spot on my sandstone patio so I decided to buy this product needless to say it worked exceeded my expectations and I would by again. I only did this a few days ago so I’m not sure how quickly the black spot will return. The application is really easy. He literally pour the liquid into a spray bottle and the spray on the patio. It really is that simple.delivery was within two days.

I have used the artificial stone solution for once a year for 3 years and it has transformed horribly blackened slabs back to cream. The slabs stay fairly clean through the winter too.
Easy to apply with a hand pump spray, wait 30 mins and wash away.

I was skeptical about this product having tried others with poor success but the bottom line is it works. It might be a bit expensive but it gets the job done as promised in the company literature.

Used this product before and was very happy to return to it. Great for the job and didn't disappoint. The patio looks like it did when first laid. Excellent.

Score 8/10. Good product but takes two to three treatments and even then doesn’t remove the toughest black spots. Coverage limited due to number of passes needed, hence cost high to treat reasonable size patio!
