Experience was good
Driver was late but we aren’t that fussy ,things happen.He said he was owner so perhaps Patrick.Drived well and safely which is my number one concern.Enjoyed talking with him during drive from Southampton cruise port to London.

Seemed great, but….
We booked an airport pickup for when we arrived in London on 3/27 and for our return trip on 4/1. Upon arrival, we were informed the driver was running late. After 30 minutes he called back to say he was calling another car service because he was still in traffic. That car service was further delayed. We were graciously granted a 25% discount on that ride and was thankful.
For our return, they were a no show without communication. I contacted them and they claimed their system was down. We had to grab a last minute Uber that wasn’t comfortable. Or cheap. I was told we would have a full refund within 10 days. Even though the previous credit for initial ride was given same day. After multiple back and forth on April 22nd I have yet to see the refund. I disputed the charge with Amex and they are handling it from here.

Your refund has taken time due to backlog, especially because of that day. We will address the refund issue as soon as possible.

The driver was involved in a road traffic accident on the way to meet this client.

We offered the client a second driver, but they would not wait.
3.)
We have also advised this client of our manual refund timescales which is very well highlighted on our website. We are still well within our advertised refund turnaround time.
It is not a case of the driver not turning up intentionally or we overlooking this client, but rather, the situation was unfortunate and unforseen.
Whilst we are sorry for any inconvenience caused, we again would like to remind the client that the nature of our business is very fluid and anything is possibly on the road as we work to provide our clients with the services requested.

I used Patrick’s company the last time I was in London and the driver was on time, polite and nice. I asked to have the same driver take me back to the airport which he did. Great company. Looking forward to this trip and a great experience as well.
