Exceptional communication
Exceptional communication! We have yet to actually travel with PET but have been working on our itinerary over the last 6 months. This includes over 8 different trip legs combined with different vehicles, dates and passengers (oh and not to mention everything shifting!) Communication has been prompt, reliable and easy. This has eased worries for our upcoming adventures and prices are reasonable. Can't wait to see London and area!

This customer is simply not telling the truth. Sometimes you come across adverse reviews like this where someone will just tell lies against the businesses without consideration - no moral compass at all.
She conveniently forgot to tell the audience that her flight was early, she came out early as well, but had requested for the driver to arrive 60 minutes after landing.
Lots of miscommunication
Lots of miscommunication. Driver was texting and driving. Will not be recommending your service to friends and family.

Maybe just a bad day….
Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience with Patrick. In the reservation I advised that our flight landed at 10:45 and requested pick up at 11:15. Patrick didn’t arrive until 12:00. Once we were settled, and leaving the lot, he stated “ I don’t think your reservation included parking” so I needed to pay to exit the garage. £7.50.
The van was clean however smelled of mildew.
I booked because the other user reviews were so good, so perhaps this was just not a good day for this company.

Patrick Egwu Transportation Highly Recommended
We used Patrick Egwu 4 times for fairly long trips from London.
His drivers took us roundtrip to Warner Brothers Studio, to Sissinghurst Castle Farmhouse and to the airport.
The drivers were prompt, friendly and helpful. Their cars were high end and pristinely clean.
Highly recommended.

My family and I recently took two trips with Patrick Egwu Transportation during a quick stay in London as we were en route back to NYC. Both rides were very comfortable, on time and the drivers were super friendly and professional. Great service for last minute booking
Great service for last minute late night booking. The owner communicated directly.
The pick up officer was punctual and in a happy disposition even though it was 6:45 am.
Driver assisted us with the luggage at the airport where we got off.
The cost was very competitive.
