Very good customer service & very reactive. I had an issue with an order and the customer service fixed it in a couple of minutes.

If I could give more stars I literally would because the service I received from Nadim was by far, above and beyond. When a company employs customer service agents that show genuine concern, care and attention to the issue at hand, they can't go wrong. After my recent purchase had an issue with one of the items but the team at Patta resolved the issue immediately. Contact was great & made me feel like i was a valued customer. Great customer service & would definitely recommend them. Very happy with the service & will 100% be buying more items!

I'm suspicious about the brand because for me it's the best in the segment and my wardrobe is 60% made up of it, hahahaha, I love Patta, I love their ideas.

Both the people in the store in Amsterdam and customer service has never disappointed me. Knowing patta for over 20 years, the growth they had on this field has been enormous.
If you treat people with respect you will get respect, same applies when dealing with customer service.

There was some confusion about an order, but it was settled very quickly because of the swift handling of the customer service department. I could go on with my work day within no time, and so could they. Lovely.

I had an issue with my giftcard, it didn’t work. I wrote a mail and received immediately a response. Problem solved! Shout out to Farzand!!

Made a order for the heart keyring and although I got a email to say it was shipped the order didn’t arrive which sucked as it was for a Valentine’s Day gift for me and my boo. Emailed customer support and massive shoutout to Yasmina for putting in the effort to make it right! So big up to you! Turned out after some emailing back and forth the item I ordered the warehouse crew manage to found some stock left so without hesitation I copped again plus grabbed another item. Been a patta fan for the past 10 years. So Mad love and thanks again!
